I came here with an empty stomach after work ready to order except I couldn’t remember the name of the taco. I tried to search online quick but ran out of time when it was already my turn to order so I went up to the drive thru window and usually at other locations they let me explain and if they know their menu, they usually know exactly what I’m talking about. I went to explain about 3 times and said that it’s in the shape of a hexagon and is flat pressed, but she kept saying she doesn’t understand me. I decided to just go inside to order AFTER googling it..(it was a crunchwrap) to prevent any staff from taking their time to help me find what I was looking for. Walked in and some staff were sitting around at a table and I asked if they’re closed yet? A customer on the side told me no because he’s waiting on food. It took a few minutes for someone to take my order and then I waited. Something smelled off but I was hungry and went straight to my car. Opened my bag and it was my food! It was burnt but I tried eating around it anyways and telling myself it’s okay, but it wasn’t just a little crispy, it was so burnt that it ruined the whole meal and I couldn’t take more than 3 bites or else I’d vomit. I’ve worked in the food industry a long time, I can empathize for a lot of the things that happened but I would never have served that. Or wrapped it up for someone’s Togo meal and hope they don’t find out until later. I could’ve waited a few more minutes for a new one if they informed me since I had already been waiting awhile for it. I let a lot of things slide and never have written a bad review, but today was unacceptable. I did not decide to go back and ask for a refund or a new one. I lost my hunger and don’t want to risk anything else happening to my food because of this. I tried uploading photos but it...
Read moreManager's name is Ce'Ce ( I might not have spelt that correctly). These last couple of month have been rough on all of us, but man, have some of us become mean. It's 10:32 pm. All I wanted was 2 bean burritos, 2 steak taco's and a Mexican pizza. That order is standard for the times we drive thru Taco Bell's drive thru. Tonight however my husband really wanted some steak Quesadilla's. It's was a devastating day for him so I told him I'd go pick it up. I went thru the drive thru and placed my order. When I got home I opened my order to find out that two of my items ( steak quesadillas) had not been added. I looked at the receipt and saw that whatever was printed had also not been included. I counted the items and compared it to the receipt and not only did I not have my husbands quesadillas but the number of items did not match. I called the store immediately and asked what I needed to do to rectify the situation. After some aggression (on their part) I was told to bring the receipt back and they would give me what I thought I paid for. So I drove back only to get there and be told If I wanted my husbands comfort food (the steak quesadillas) I would have to pay for it again. I didn't argue, I gave them my debit card and just paid so I could get back to him after a horrible day. The manager told me (and did not allow me to speak) that she had put in my bag what I had ordered ( if she had, I would not have driven back for it). All in all, I don't care about the additional $10 I had to spend to my original order, what I care about was the attitude a manager chose to take over it. Like I said I didn't even argue before taking a deep breath and handing over my card. All I know is my husband lost someone at work and Ce'ce chose to handle it the...
Read moreMy taco bell experience! I used the taco bell App. For the very first time today. To order a LARGE sum of food for my family. totaling over $30. For carry out. The App said my order had been received, then being prepared, and very shortly said was ready for pickup. I went inside up to the pickup station for my order. First: They couldn't find my order then finally after searching. Second: They said their frier was down. I told them the App says it's all ready now. They began to try and offer other menu choices. I said no! Cancel this order for most of my order consist of fried products. I said how do I get my refund. Manager rudely said not our problem cancel the order yourself. The App does not offer cancel order service for refunding I began saying. When asked for a managers name so I could call Corporate to fix this dissatisfaction and get my money back. And Identify management manager on duty at that location. She rudely gave it after having to ask repeatedly. While beginning to exit I first began looking up the Corporate phone number. While standing next to the exit. I was rudely ordered to leave. So I do not recommend using the App for ordering your meal or this taco bell location to order from. At. 3802 South Dale Mabry Hwy. Tampa, FL. 33611. Management are very rude and uncooperative. It's best to just order at another location without using the App. And I did speak to an Corporate Representative and I am receiving my full refund and coupons for an future...
