Cinnaholic — Restaurant in Tampa

I went there tonight, so happy to finally try some of their products. I used the app Too Good to Go and the pickup window was between 9:20 pm and 9:40pm. I got there are 9:30pm and the front desk employee was screaming in Spanish in the back. When she comes to see me I said: Hola! Cómo estás? And she replied: how can I help you? So, from there on I knew she wasn't going to be nice. I speak both English and Spanish and used Spanish to break the ice since she already looked at me like I was bothering her. I never felt so unwelcomed in a business. And there I was using my app to pickup leftovers. I told her my name and that I was picking up from the app TGTG and she "prepared" my bag in front of me. She put three packs of small buns, asked if it was only one bag. I said that was it and I left with my surprise bag 😔

ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE. The best cinnamon roll ever! I went there after seeing it in TikTok and it exceeded all my expectations. In addition to the Cinnamon Roll that I ate there, I ordered an iced caramel coffee, a brownie, cookie and Baby buns (mini cinnamon rolls) to take home. They were all absolutely delicious! I'm addicted! I don't usually leave reviews, but I thought this place was worth the time spent here because they deserved every compliment! The enviroment at the store is super cozy, clean and the the attendants were very attentive explaining to me how to choose my cinnamon roll (you can choose different frostings and toppings or just have it plain). I am dying to try new flavors already! After that, I ordered it at home through door dash for my family and everyone loved it! The cinnamon rolls were good. Not great. We thought prices were high for what we received. The worst part of the experience was the service. I don't know if the workers were having a bad night or what, but both employees seemed frazzled, overwhelmed, and were not communicating effectively among themselves. There was no line at the counter. We were told all orders would be at least a 30-minute wait due to delivery orders that were coming in with no throttle. They were prioritizing delivery service orders over those of us placing orders in the store for dine in.
