As a frequent patron of Cava, I can confidently say it’s a gem in the realm of Mediterranean-inspired cuisine. With a mission to infuse heart, health, and humanity into every dish, Cava goes beyond just serving food – it’s about fostering connections and creating a welcoming atmosphere for all.
Their commitment to honoring Mediterranean traditions shines through in the carefully curated menu, where flavor and nutrition go hand in hand. From meaty Kalamata olives to tender braised lamb and creamy tzatziki, each ingredient is sourced with integrity and freshness in mind.
What sets Cava apart is not only the quality of their food but also their commitment to generosity. Whether it’s through individual customization options, fair wages for team members, or community outreach initiatives like Community Days, Cava embodies the spirit of giving back.
As someone who frequents Cava multiple times a week, I can attest to the exceptional value they offer. Amidst a sea of rice bowl options in the area, Cava stands out for its unbeatable combination of high-quality ingredients and reasonable prices.
Moreover, the staff at Cava is a testament to the warmth and hospitality ingrained in the Mediterranean way of life. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with genuine kindness and treated like family.

Read moreSince the brand change from Zoe's Kitchen to Cava, I was truly hesitant to visit the restaurant again. For reference, Zoe's Kitchen was my favorite restaurant and truly stole my heart with the Harissa Salmon Bowl.
However, I persisted and decided to give it a chance. I chose great! The kind ladies, I believe by the name of Maya and Jianna, provided me outstanding service. I made sure to grab their names right before I left the restaurant. I informed Maya of my hesitancy to try Cava, and she was so understanding and ready to help. She asked me what my old order was at Zoe's Kitchen, and knew just what to get me. The other individual working with her that day, Jianna also assisted me. They both asked questions about what I liked best from my old usual order, the Zoe's Kitchen bowl, and decided together what would work best for my liking. They advised I try the Harissa Chicken bowl and gave me their advice on what to add to my bowl. Their recommendation was spot on, I had to write it down in my planner. I will ABSOLUTELY be coming back.
If the owner of the restaurant was there (I did not ask, I was in a little bit of a rush), I would have definitely asked to speak with them, as these two women gave personable, quality service to a confused customer. As I continue to visit Tampa, I'll make sure to come back again as the food was so neatly and timely prepared, the restaurant was extremely organized and clean, and the service was deserving of great appraisal....
Read moreUPDATE: (So sorry EDEN) This was my FIRST TIME visiting a Cava as there's not one on my side of town. My son kept telling me about it and swore I'd love it. He's replaced Chipotle with Cava, which he lives off of in college! That's huge! Okay, there are so many choices! Since it was my first time, I asked questions about every single item before adding it to my bowl. EDEN was so patient and so sweet and so accommodating. Mind you, there's a looooonnnngggggg line building behind me so much so I shouted an apology and explained it was my first time. Nobody got upset. Even the guy behind me offered suggestions for flavor pairings! Okay, so back to EDEN, she explained everything, even let me try a few things I was "scared" to try by adding just a taste of it to my bowl. We got it right! The basmati rice, lentils, shoddy chicken, spicy lamb meatballs, shredded lamb, red pepper hummus, eggplant, all the veggies, the sauces and OH EM GEEE the Blueberry Lavender Lemonade was the absolute best! I'm gonna name drop EDEN once more. I was having a horrible day and food makes me happy; she literally brought me to tears that day. My line of work dictates that I take care of others and rarely am I replenished. EDEN replenished me that day with her attention, care, patience. She was excited I was excited and offered me my bowl. This location is 45 minutes from me but anytime I'm within 15 mins of it, I'll definitely visit again. Thanks for your...
