The service here was absolutely pathetic. They charged me twice and only gave me a refund after I pointed it out to them. On top of that, I specifically told them to change my order, yet instead of three drinks they charged me for four. I ordered two strawberry matcha lattes and one chocolate mousse, and let me just say—those lattes tasted like rotten fish. I don’t even have allergies, yet they made me so sick I literally threw up. That’s how vile they were.
