Wendy's Tamuning — Restaurant in Tamuning Municipality

You'd get better customer service eating out of a toilet.....

Wendy's may be decent (wouldn't know from this place) but this particular location is horrible.

Sidenote - This place gets consistently bad reviews from several people about the same exact thing I experienced tonight. Apparently the owner /managers really don't care.

So I stopped by to pick something up. They didn't have one of the things I ordered, which is fine, these things happen. The young gentleman cashier was friendly and polite, the young lady who took my order, though she sounded pleasant, CONSISTENTLY, repeatedly and faithfully, got my order wrong.

First off, there's no screen showing your order back to you in case something is wrong, and second, they appear to not be trained to repeat the order back to the customer, if they are, they never did it.

So I ordered 3 sandwiches, 2 sides and drink. My drink was wrong. Someone I think was a manager came, picked it up, dumped it out and refilled it without any apology, comment or even eye contact. OK... Then I was only given 1 of the 3 sandwiches I ordered.... AFTER I'd repeated my order THREE times to make sure we were clear. They made me drive away, park and wait 10 minutes for the 2 sandwiches I ordered... And then...... gave me only 1.

So I went back and explained the situation to the friendly possibly manager lady. If she was trying to get an award for rudeness she certainly earned a gold star. I explained the situation and that I'm still missing 1 item and she stood there looking at me in silence like "Do you expect me to care?" I even had to say, 'OK, I guess no apology or anything' and she still stood there staring at me like she'd rather be somewhere else.

That for me is the worst thing. Mistakes happen, but don't act like you're too good for your job. If you are... Get another one. I said, very politely, that this was poor customer service, I'm pretty sure she knew that and knew better and how would she feel if the same happened to her? I guess then she could relate and proceeded to give the most bored, fake sounding apology I've heard in a long time. I thanked her for her time and told her not to worry about the third sandwich.

Terrible. Will not EVER be...

Great Food and Service, would've gotten 5 stars except there are frequent in-patients/bums who , I've witnessed bring out there own Wendy's cups and just stay where they can charge their phone's and 1 would play whatever he's watching loud without any concern to other people around him, I've also seen the younger well built guy eating a Kim chee bowl the other night! Also seen would-be patrons step back out because the place was getting full and the only other options were to sit next to these people where the patrons who came in earlier chose not sit. I can understand compassion, but, when they are not respecting their surroundings and the establishment,and the other patrons they should be asked to leave. Sorry, some, are not "bums", but they do look like...

I personally come through several times a week, becuse it's so good and cheap. Love my 2 for $5 sandwiches or $5 meal. Ridiculously fast in the drive thru, only ever having to wait awhile one time ever but that was because of a customer.

Food always taste great. Had a wrong order one time, they gave me the correct one right away, with great customer service.
