Delicious. Everything we tried was authentic Central American. Casamiento is a beans and rice mixture similar to Gallo Pinto. The fried plantains are sweet and perfectly cooked with crispy caramelized edges. If you’ve never had a pupusa, you’re missing out! Think fresh corn tortilla empanada. The green chile & pork pupusa was spicier than any Salvadoran food I’ve had, but it made this New Mexican smile through the whole meal. However, my wife was very happy to see a business owner really catering to her needs, not to mention the food was incredible all made fresh to order.
