Absolute crooks . I was with them for over 8 years , unfortunately still am stuck til next November . They wheel and dealed my phone upgrades so I can’t just pay the phones off to get out of contract . I’m supposed to pay $170 a month, I paid $480 to clear my account out in October to $0 , I paid $270 in November to do the same . Somehow I owe them over $300 in December ? Absolute frauds . Don’t do it , they never got starlink and they are 100% overcharging customers and won’t fix it and I’m stuck on contract . Especially before the holidays , they should be ashamed . Last time I did the phone upgrade I was able to buy out of it for the $8 a month you pay for the phone . Not now. And they will continue to over charge me , even when I brought up dollar for dollar concerns the best she could do was “waive” $60 off the mistake they made , still meaning I overpaid for 1 months service at the tune of $290 .
