I am a former Domino's manager and a local repeat carry-out customer. 7/26/2025 I ordered the $6.99 special for carry-out but was unable to pay using a credit card online but the option to pay at the store was available and chosen. Upon arriving I was told that since their credit card function was down, I would have to pay cash. I seldom carry cash and was offered no options except go get cash and come back (which I did). I also offered to return when their system came back up (did I mention I was local) and was turned down. As a manager I would have have comped the pizzas and/or offered to remake the pizzas. After asking the manager if she would do so, I was told they weren't cold (15 minutes later than they were ready) and by the time I got them home they were at less than optimum temperature. Time orders are time orders for a reason. I order from this store because, for some reason, they make a better pan pizza than 3 other local stores. In short, food better than good, service (attitude) not so good. The manager became rather dismissive at one point and was rather cold upon my return. Read moreon 5/9/25 between 10:20pm -10:40pm I call and chase the store manager answers. I said to him I would like to place an order for delivery, He says we are busy and there will be a 45 minute wait. I then said that's fine I would like to place my order. He then says well I need to put you on hold. Then I hung up after waiting with him never returning back to me. then I call back a second time just for him to tell me oh we are now at a 1hr 30 min wait. I said ok, he then refused to allow me to order and tried to put me on hold again, I then said nevermind I will call another place and I called papa John's and placed my order with them and had my food at my door with in 30 mins. I don't appreciate the way chase treated me at all! And to think I was a regular at this Domino's location. Well not anymore! I'm also a regular at papa John's and from now on, I will call papa John's. Their pizza taste way better anyway! I just hope that chase doesn't treat other customers like...

Tried to order a pizza and boneless buffalo wings
What arrived after my 5$ tip and donation to st Jude’s was chicken nuggets with cheese all over them.
Called into complain got an actual human on the phone, not necessarily a helpful human but it was nice to know that at least they still hire real people to do something in stead of robots.
Explained that I ordered Buffalo wings And got cheesy chicken nuggets. The human argued with me saying no sir that is our specialty buffalo wings.
