Went in for a full set of nails. I showed the nail tech pictures on Instagram of the shape that I want my nails which were a stiletto shape. She kept shaping them into kind of a ballerina shape with a flat tip. I kept telling her no please style it this way and she would not get happy with me. Then when I said this is not what I want and one fingernail was so much longer than the others and misshapen that she couldn’t shape it properly anymore she took it off. When she took it off she didn’t take all of the acrylic off the nail bed and when she put the new extension on it was like pointing semi upwards so it didn’t look natural. I pointed this out to her. I said this doesn’t look natural could you just take it off and start over. She started screaming at me and telling me no she couldn’t blah blah blah speaking in her language. I tried to ask for her supervisor- who didn’t talk to me it was some man and then a lady came over while this tech was visibly screaming and shouting at me in her own language. I explained to the lady what I needed she said “ Iwill take your nails off” and I said I don’t want my nails off, I just want this one off and redone and she said no we won’t do that. I said fine and I left. I went over to “got nails” they took that nail off, set it again and it looks perfectly normal. This is a totally unprofessional salon I have not been here in probably 12 years never ever will I go back. I’ve uploaded pics to show you before and after with light green polish. How come the man at the front and the lady who greets and takes reservations told me they would take all of my nails off but they won’t fix this one?!?? They let their employee talk to me and scream at me throwing a hissy fit because of one nail I asked her to fix! Asia nails has my phone number, they have t even called to apologize—WORST...

I liked my nails in the end, however i kept asking her to cut them shorter and it wasn't as short as a i wanted. in the end, she asked if i liked them and i said yes. i loved the colors and the variety that she gave me. she gave lots of options and i liked what i got to choose from even though it was hard for me to make a desicion. the nails were uneven and i asked her to fix them but they stayed the same. I was also waiting for my cousin that was also getting her nails done and the lady that did my nails did everything super fast. this meant i had to wait a long time for my cousin to finish. UPDATE: After we were finished they told me to write a review, I did that. they came up to me before we left and told me to change it from a 3 star review to a 5 star. i did it in front of them so that she wouldnt be mad and i just wanted to get out of there. then they told my cousin to do a review and her phone was dead. they got mad because of that and just had us pay and leave which was what we wanted to do in the first place. im changing the review now to a 1 because of this experience. we will not be going back and i do...

I started going to this salon about a year ago; the young girl with short curly hair has always done a nice job and is pretty quick. The last three times I’ve been, I left unhappy. I went in for a manicure and the shaping was irregular from finger to finger and my finger tips were sore afterwards. I went for a pedicure and a manicure; I had an hour and 45 mins open in my schedule. The pedicure took an hour and a half! I wouldn’t have minded if it had been due to the massage part but it took 30 mins just to polish my nails! I had to ask her to hurry because I was going to be late for my next appointment. Then she charged me $70 dollars!! I almost couldn’t believe it. When I sat down I pointed to the $35 pedicure and I got gel so I expected $50 or so. She said it’s because she added fragrance which I did not ask for. The manager came over and said that the tech misunderstood me (not sure how since I pointed to what i wanted) and she was new so she would just charge $60.
