UPDATE to your reply Macoma: Wow first off, amazing it took you 21 minutes to finally respond. I don't appreciate your passive aggressive response, regardless of what you can and can't afford, customer service is priceless. If the shoes came in great condition I don't care how they arrived to me first of all. And I have ordered shoes online from other companies that sent without boxes and guess what it was fine. SO don't make assumptions. Secondly, your policies are TRASH if you want to have more people feel confident in their purchases, you can afford to work with people on case by case basis. Also I should've read the other reviews on here you've done this other consumers too. shame on you. Why bother checking with your rep when you can't even respond in a decent manner.

Absolute garbage customer service. Thought they were a great small business to support, my literal first transaction I ordered boots that didn't fit right. They refused to give me a refund because I did not have the box they came in. Rather than work with me even give me a store credit they told me to go sell it on a facebook group site. When I posted a comment on their instagram page, immediately they commented please DM us to assist, I did, a month passes, no follow up. Buyer Beware!! Read this before you complete your purchase! I purchased a pair of jeans and absolutely loved them! I then wanted to try their shorts. I read over their return policy and it states that as long as the items aren’t worn or washed and that you’ve contacted them within 14 days of receiving the item you can receive either a refund or store credit. I received the shirts and they are too big and they are a size small. I was so disappointed, so I emailed them 2 days after and they write me back to tell me that it was final sale and that I cannot receive a refund. I was so upset! I went back to their website, I did not see anything about final sale on the items pages, and it wasn’t written in their return policy. Also, even in my confirmation email, there’s nothing that stated that these were final sale. I am sad a disappointed and feel I need to warn others about this company. Be careful with these random clothing sites. I would also recommend using PayPal if you have, they are good with disputes, especially with dishonest businesses. I’m hoping my review will help others. UPDATE: It does not talk about final sale items under their return policy, you would have to read their FAQ section for that information. Review; Corky Black Merry Go Round Shoe - Size 7 And Corky Black Certified Shoe - Size 7 I don’t normally write reviews on this but I feel I have to share these amazing shoes with all the NARROW feet girls!!! Just got my order in yesterday! Corky’s has hit the jackpot with these two styles. The Black Merry Go Round has a strap that cinches down on my foot to give a secure fit! Love! Love this shoe! The comfort of the higher heel is amazing! The Black Certified shoe is a low heel comfort shoe that also has a strap that is really comfortable as well but has a little bit more room in it.
