Skyline Chili — Restaurant in Tate Township

I love the Bethel Skyline, they are always so polite and i dont think ive ever had a mistake but this is somewhat og a specific shoutout to an employee... I do not know what the gal in the drive through's name was but I've encountered her a couple times (darkish, long, curly hair I believe-i was hoping it would be on my receipt but it just says "server 300"), she is always something welcoming and so incredibly nice! Today, when I pulled up to the window, we were both on it... and I went to hand her my card and she went to grab it, but we knocked hands and the card fell on the ground lololol so this girl INSISTS on coming outside to the drive through to get it. So I had to make her stay in the store because it was right by my door and it was not a single problem for me to grab it real quick. It was definitely... EASILY... within my reach. Anyways, she REPEATEDLY asked me if I was sure and told me no, she would get it, etc... but I assured her... it was truly not a big deal... I got my card, gave it to her and paid and waited. When she opens the window, she hands me my food and she said she gave me a treat for not being upset with her, etc. I told her she did not have to do that but she insisted. You guys have one incredible employee on your hands! I used to work a drive through back during college and some people just suck and no matter how nice you are, how much you try to make up for an accident, etc, eventually, it can break your spirit because most people just CANNOT be pleased. But this girl really does try and she is a good one. Don't loose her unless it is to bigger and...

I usually go on Wednesday or Friday morning just because maranda works those days and she is the kindest most professional waitress I've ever seen and she is on top of drinks refill napkins whatever you need but I made a mistake and went there Monday evening for dinner sense we worked late and didn't want to come home and cook the young lady we had was ok she didn't check on us as we are used to but we ordered and it was wrong so she told the cook and he remade it I asked the young lady I said if your throwing that out I will take it home for the pigs she said no we put it under heat lamp Incase someone comes in it drove thru orders the same thing we have that I was like that's gross 🤢 she then said well you can take it but we have to charge you for it I said if you do it at a discount ok she went and asked they said no full price I said no thanks and that was that about 10 minutes later she brought a bag to the table said here no one came in and time limit is up for resale I said no I don't want it I'm not paying full price to just give it to the pig she said we won't charge you for it now because we would just have to throw it in trash so I said ok thank you and we finished our meal and left..... I will absolutely never go back there in the evenings the atmosphere is totally different than the day shift of i was doing this review for day shift it would all be 5 stars but unfortunately night shift needs to do better...

Went with my grandson and his wife. As always it was wonderful!. They were visiting from San Francisco and they have not been back for 4 years so it was a favors they had missed. They loved it of course.

This time I was there with my husband we had been out shopping we're on our way home and decided to have dinner. Everything was great except for this new item they had on their menu a sausage chili dog. I should have stuck with their normal chili dog. The sausage was really bad I took one bite and had to swallow it and I thought well give it one more chance so I took a small bite and I was right the first time I'm glad it's only going to be on the menu temporarily. I like trying new things but that was bad. Everything else was good it tasted like it always tastes delicious. Will definitely stop again but just regular chili dog...
