I had an online order with 2 subs. Very easy order. 1 sub was white bread, turkey, cheese and mayonnaise. 2nd was Italian herb and cheese, turkey, cheese, lettuce, pickles, onion and ranch. Got home with the order and they had the breads switched. My daughter is picky (why her sandwich was only turkey and cheese). I called them, very nice and respectful told them what happened and she said âI donât recall the nameâ.. I said well I was just there and picked it up. She said let me print the ticket and then said well they are coming down really hard on us for the credits but if you want to bring the sandwich back I can remake it. I told her coming back now isnât an option. She said come back in the morning with the sandwich and she would remake it. I told her thatâs not happening I work at 6am and wouldnât be able to make it til after 5. So am I suppose to bring this sandwich with me all day tomorrow??
I rarely ever call places when orders are messed up but this one was for my kid which I now have to find other food for. The whole âthey are coming down hard on the creditsâ comment only tells me yall need to read the tickets better when making sandwiches. Do better.. or at least have the customer service to back up the poor...

First off when you arrive, there is nobody at the counter at all I stood around waiting for about five minutes and realized nobody was going to come out from the back so I decided to call the restaurant⌠no suprise nobody answered I called back to back multiple times STILL nobody was coming⌠I was starting to think they were closed so I ask someone that worked at the gas station next to the subway and informed me that I have to press a ring door bell to notify someone in the back, I do so and not even 2 seconds later a young female with blonde curl hair comes out from the back I didnât get any type of warm welcoming she gave me very dirty looks and made me feel as if I was a huge inconvenience to her. I love the food but Iâm sorry service like that does not deserve my money and subway could do so much better without employees like her. I will not return to this place and if I could give this review a -5 I absolutely without a doubt in my mind...

The new employee was trying to make my sandwiches eventhough he didn't know what he was doing and getting no help or guidance. Three customers came in after me and the experience employees started to make their sandwiches. I was crowded out of the way and the new employee with my sandwiches was shoved out of the work station so the experience workers could make their friends sandwiches.
