I pulled into the drive-through about 1:30ish and There was two cars in front of me. I set up the speaker for threeish minutes and then finally someone came on and took my order. I asked for two frozen French vanilla swirls with whip cream. I drive to the window. I sit for another two minutes and then I pay for it and then I sat for another two minutes the girl brings my coffees over and there’s no whip cream on it, and especially when you have more than two people but that’s it for bad news. First time, she gave me a donut that l did not order, rang it in then once l found out it was a donut and not the muffin l ordered, l told her l did not order a donut. She became very rude ,and told me a " Muffin costs alot more" . I told her l would pay the extra, but take the donut off the bill She told me she could not do that, instead have me free butter that costs 10 cents, and a 10 % SR discount. Read moreI always visit the lication on 138, Raynham, because staff is normally very quick, effivcient & friendly. However, a new hire was not so much. She did NOT give me back the change I was owed for my irder and when I asked for it, was tokd she shut the draw and was nit alliwed to reopen it.
I am sorry but it is just rude to assume people don't beed or want their change.
FYI, I "ALWAYS" tip $ 1 for a Lge Unsweetened Iced Tea & did so on this day and she did not even say THANK YOU!... maybe because I calmly told her her it is rude to auromatically keep the change owed to customers... I already have a tip ready to give you... she had an attitude from that point on. Although I understand why she did, she was still wrong and I have not been back...
