Dunkin' — Restaurant in Taunton

When I first moved to Taunton last summer I would always come to this location and the staff was so friendly and efficient. I don’t know what happened in the last few months but my order has been wrong multiple times and the staff is so rude. I always order a matcha latte with oatmilk and every time I get it there’s chunks of powder in the drink. This happens ONLY at this location. I never have this problem anywhere else and the manager Lauren insisted that they can’t blend the drink because it’s a milk alternative and that this is how the drink comes. I assure you sis, the drink isn’t meant to have chunks of matcha powder stuck to the bottom and sides of the cup. You can very easily shake the powder and oatmilk up before adding ice to make sure the powder is actually mixed, or use the blender and idk, maybe just wash it when you’re done….I won’t be coming back to this location for sure. Extremely annoyed by the service I receive here. I order Dunkins to go daily and every time I order from this location the order is 1. Never ready. 2. The girl making sandwiches informed the coffee maker “to go” person not 1,2, but 3 times before she even started to make my coffee as 5 people from the drive thru go by. I stood there for 5min when I should be able to run in and out- but they were too busy chatting. Manager standing right there yet the only girl who seemed to care was the one making the sandwiches! I thank her but am extremely unsatisfied with their lack of service. I will never order to go from that location anymore. I visited the Cape Hwy rt44 location this afternoon. When I walked in, it seemed very warm, as I waiting a few minutes I started to sweat. I am not a big girl, it was for sure hot in there. The service was great. I picked up a coffee and donuts, the donuts were melting (glaze and frosting) I asked why it was hot? They replied, they were not allowed to touch the thermostat. How can this location just be renovated and not care about the conditions their employees have to work in? As a customer I was disgusted, I couldn't wait to leave, it was so hot and the donuts were a mess due to the heat in the donut case and entire "restaurant". Put the A/C on for your people, it's extremely hot and complete insanity to expect people to work in...
