Kyrdino's Pizza — Restaurant in Taunton

I have been a faithful customer since day one. For awhile now I have asked for just a sm cheese pizza with no sauce and just recently asked for extra cheese, now on Mon-weds sm pizza is under $5 but the last few weeks there is a newer woman there that I had not seen there before that time. At one point I started wondering why this pizza was alot more money and so today I asked and was told that this small pizza with no sauce and extra cheese was now a specialty pizza. Really because all it is lacking is sauce which the baby can not have and I just paid over $8 for this small CHEESE pizza. I can see if I asked for alfredo sauce and the cheeses but it was just a plain cheese pizza with no sauce. I was angry but said nothing because my little man was there, but this is absurd. I frequent there at least times a week if not more sometime. I will now not buy pizza there again if this is how they treat loyal customers and just so people know I have called several other pizza places and asked if they would consider this A SPECIALTY PIZZA and was told No way and that I could order a small pizza from these certain pizza places and I would be charge the regular price. Too bad some places are so greedy they will rip off their loyal customers like that. I do not know when I will return...

Deserves ZERO stars. Owner called and harassed me because he couldn’t follow simple orders and despite his being repeatedly asked for a Buffalo chicken pizza with olives, and after messing up the order TWICE- he lied through his teeth, raised his voice and boasted in front of his staff who can’t argue with him that “this woman needs to be on a recorded line”. Have some integrity. Had to practically beg for my own money back. STAY AWAY! Toxic and disgusting behavior. Shame on ownership. DISGUSTING ABUSIVE BEHAVIOR!!!! Husband who is a firefighter and paramedic of twenty years witnessed entire procession and was equally horrified. DISGRACEFUL JOB SERVING YOUR COMMUNITY! Delivery driver was equally horrified and deeply apologetic— props to him for being an honest man with manners!!! And when the the owner is called on his errors? He tells his customers never to return.

PROS:Good food choices for non meat options staff is usually kind CONS: 1.Theres a male thats very rude even when your being nice to him when taking orders over the phone. So it holds a possibility to come across that horrible worker. Impatient, rude hang up in your face. I was so hungury I made an order over the phone when I hung up I felt so disrespected by him sounding like he dont want take orders, not saying your welcome and hang up quickly in my face. Had to call back and cancel my order I felt so uncomfortable through that intercation. Gave them another chace, prayed not to come across that worker again and greatly I didnt which was relieving! Unsanitary behavior I payed the cashier cash, hands it to him he puts it in register immediately turns to his worker picks up bread (after just touching cash I handed to him & has NO GLOVES ON) and ask his worker if she wants him to put in oven & puts the bread in oven. I was so shocked to see this. Im sorry i have to go through this experience at Kyrdinos cause being new to the area this was one of my FAVORITE GO TO RESTAURANTS UNTILL coming across these 2 hear breaking experiences.
