On July 19, 2025, I had food delivered and my pizza was hard as a rock and my burger and fries was undercooked. I had put my fries in my air fyer prior to knowing the burger was uncooked. I called and spoke with 3 different people, the first who answered the phone, the second who picked up and was supposed to be manager, and then manager Chrissy (name I was given). I was told they would refund or replace my undercooked but not refund the pizza as that is what I ordered. I explained multiple over the phone to 2 different ppl claiming to be managers that this was the 2nd time ever that I’ve ordered from Papa Gino’s. I had ordered a buffalo chicken pizza from the one on New State highway and it wasn’t like this. The manager Chrissy then stated they made it wrong then. After looking at the menu at the store on the TV’s I realized that there are 2 different pizzas that are buffalo chicken. Even after the rudeness of Chrissy and another employee that kept laughing and thinking that it’s funny after I paid 44$ for pizza and a burger that it was messed up that it was ok to laugh at the situation. I then asked if I can get a regular buffalo chicken pizza as she was refusing to refund us a pizza we hadn’t eaten and she had TOUCHED with her hands she told me no. She then walked over to the young blk lady making pizza whispered something and they started laughing and I informed them this whole thing was being recorded and she walked away and said she was only giving me a refund for my raw burger and fries. I NEVER raised my voice and was respectful the whole time and I have it all recorded as your manager Chrissy, I’m not even sure if that was her name’ and one of your employees laughed about the situation. That employee had laughed as soon as I walked into the store and asked for the manager to when I just about left. It took her 30 minutes to want and argue about the pizza and finally giving me a refund for my whole order.
I did ask for my pizza well done but I NEVER knew there was 2 different buffalo chicken pizzas on the menu as this was the 2nd time EVER in my life ordering from Papa Gino’s. I ended up going to the one on New State Highway where I seen the regular buffalo chicken pizza on the TV menus in the store but NOT the rustic which is the one that I ordered thinking it was the regular buffalo...
Read moreSadly giving up hope on this one. I've had failed orders in the past (mainly overdue and cold) and today was just confirmation it's not how delivery used to be. Poor service and execution. My order arrived 1 hour late (fter an hour wait time!!!) It was delivered by a strong cigarette smoke scented driver and it was cold. I had called to inquire about my order prior to delivery and was told they could not locate my online order but followed up with waiting for a driver. I ordered a rustic cheese pizza. I opened it to find a cold pizza with literally a 1 and 1/2 inch crust loaded and dumped of parmesan cheese and there was almost no "cheese pizza" to it. I should have grabbed a picture. I basically paid for cold over parmesaned crust. Just an absolute disappointment and disaster.
On the plus side, I have eaten AT the restaurant and had delicious hot pizza. I learned my lesson... no more trust...
Read moreMy husband & I came in Friday afternoon of Memorial Day weekend for lunch. We were greeted by Morgan and she placed our order of 2 bottle sodas and an X-Large Linguica Pizza. I told her to make the crust crispy but not burnt. Morgan prepared and cooked our pizza and she delivered it to our table. It was absolutely the best pizza we have ever had. It was cooked to perfection. 👌 It was right on for the crispness of the crust. Just the way we like it. Morgan was very pleasant and very polite. She had an up beat attitude as well. She did an awesome job cooking the pizza. If we could have we would have give our experience with Morgan and the pizza more than a 5 star rating. She is definitely an asset to any company she works for. You definitely do not find to many people like her in this world anymore. We will definitely be back again. Thank you Morgan keep up the great...
