Dunkin' — Restaurant in Tavares

DONT GO TO THIS LOCATION !!! I went to this location on 10/20/24 and spent over $20 on breakfast using a mobile order for drive thru pick up, When i went to get my order through the drive thru they missed half off it including my sandwich ( the main part of the order.) So i had to get my 6 month old sleeping baby out of the car go inside and get my order corrected. Inside the employees were running around cursing and being rude. When i asked about the donuts in my order they said we're out and they never offered a substitute just gave me different ones and thought i wouldn't notice. Come to find out they did have the ones i order but they gave me day old hard donuts instead. Then when they made my sandwich while im sitting inside waiting for it they see me they proceeded to give me a burnt inedible sandwich and because i had my son in my other arm i wasn't able to check before i left i was just hoping they wouldn't mess up my order TWICE in one visit. I've been calling to get a refund the the franchise owner ( HZ O DONUTS LLC ) lied and stated they contacted me to give me a refund and no has contacted me and every time i call i get told to wait 24-48 hrs for someone to contact me so its been a week and still no refund or contact from the company. Worse DUNKIN experience i ever had and i will not be...

The customer service is absolutely unprofessional, you should not work in a restaurant of any kind if you cannot be customer friendly. I'm a server myself and the attitude at this specific location that I receive every time I go there is horrific. Going through the drive thru I had to go in the store twice, my mother ordered a coffee specifically stating two splendas with cream and I ordered a mint chocolate chip milkshake.. The lady working the drive thru was very rude, perhaps couldn't here me clearly and became frustrated. We pull up to the window and she hands me the coffee tells me to pull up for the milkshake, which is fine. My mothers coffee had no sugar so I went in to grab packets of sugar. I see that they're making the milkshake so I go back to the car, 4 minutes later I walk back in the store to grab the milkshake, when it was clearly sitting on the counter for how long I don't know. Then to receive attitude from a younger employee stating "it was coming", when there were 4 employees all standing around talking to one another verses taking the milkshake outside... This being a Dunkin doughnuts I just wouldn't expect the kind of poor service that I frequently receive at this location. Unfortunately it's the closest Dunkin...

I go here all the time because my mom (in a nursing home) loves the chai tea - it is delicious. The many food choices are very good also. On average, they get my order wrong about 35% of the time. A couple of times I called, they put me on a list and made it right on my next visit. Out of 100 cups of Chai tea, I've gotten about 10 that the cup is only half full. Half of those, I caught while I was still at the window and they filled it. The other day I got two cups, took them to the nursing home and found that they were both only half full. I called to complain and got a female 'manager' who 'explained' that the chai tea is foamy and will 'settle'. I 'explained' to her that I have gotten MANY chai teas that didn't end up at the half full level. Basically, she argued with me but told me to get two free ones on my next visit (in a less than friendly tone). I got the two free teas today (with food) and had to listen to her explanation/lecture about the settling of frothy milk again. I kept my mouth shut, drove away with the teas and purposefully left them sit awhile. They settled about 1/4 inch. Still full. I will only go there for Mom. The people at the Leesburg...
