Dunkin' — Restaurant in Taylor Mill

I get coffee here once or twice a week and I am typically pretty impressed with the service and quality. In recent months, I continue to have less than satisfactory experiences. My order has been incorrect or the wait is longer even when I do a mobile order ahead of time. I was told a gift card would be sent to me when one of my orders was not made right and that has never arrived. While my drink order used to occasionally be made wrong before, the last 3/4 times, it has been undrinkable. It is frustrating when i take my first sip of the life saving coffee and immediately taste the diabetes. There seems to be a lot of new employees learning and errors happen, but there is also a system issue that puts all of your staff at a disadvantage when the tickets are not printed clearly as well. If I get a flavor added, I specifically order 1 pump and 3 of some kind of milk. It prints as

Caramel swirl 3 skim milk

I can see how this would be easy to overlook during busy times and new staff, but could probably be greatly improved by simply putting a 1 in front of the flavor when someone orders...

Hands down the best Dunkin’ Donuts around! I have always had problems with other locations not fulfilling my order accurately, long wait times, rude or grumpy employees, etc.

This location however never disappoints!

I do not live in the area, but now I am out that way five days a week. I won’t ever stop by the three by my house or that I pass when I know I’ll be in Taylor Mill. Don’t let the long lines scare you off there because they are always so fast. I think the longest I ever waited was nearly ten minutes when it’s usually double that or more at the other locations.

Their baristas are always really friendly and courteous! I’ve been going there nearly five days a week since late August of this year and my orders were always accurate with one exception! Only one time it wasn’t right, but an easy mishap because I ordered the double chocolate donut and got the chocolate cake which is basically the same thing just without the chocolate icing.

The other locations could definitely learn a lot from this group! Friendly, fast and accurate service. Would absolutely...

I want to start by saying I come here multiple times a week, and I am only ever nice and polite to the employees. Despite my drink never being 'perfect', I have only asked my drink be remade once or twice.

However, a few weeks ago I ordered inside and when I received my drink it was over an inch (almost 2 inches) from the top of the cup. I very nicely asked them to fill it all the way up. I guess that deserves me to be mocked every time I come back when the worker is there, because this morning I heard her through the cracked drive thru window say "let's make sure her drink is filled all the way to the top," in a very smart way.

This is the final straw for me. I always say please and thank you. I'm always nice. And yet every time I go in I'm treated like a pest and a nuisance. However I'm sure my absence won't be missed since this is the like 3rd time this year that the prices have gone...
