This was our second experience at this location and it was great. We were welcomed as we came through the doors which made us feel appreciated (not everywhere does this). We found ourselves pondering the flavor selections and the girls working were very helpful and knowledgeable about all the flavors. We were given samples and all of our questions were answered with a smile. We each got an ice cream cone with two scoops. As always the ice cream was exceptional, the amazing quality you know and love from Graeters. The girls working were even able to help us navigate the app so that we could get rewards points for our purchase. I highly recommend this ice cream shop, everything from the quality to the service is five star.

Read moreMy recent visit to Graeter’s was disappointing. My mother and I ordered ice cream, and during checkout, the cashier scanned a coupon on our phones for a $1.54 single dip sugar cone. Initially, my mother’s total was $5.70, which dropped to $2.43 after the coupon was applied. However, after we paid, the employee informed us that there had been a mistake and the total was incorrect.
The cashier went to consult the manager, but when he returned, he told us that the manager said they don’t do refunds and nothing could be done. This message should have been delivered by the manager directly, not the employee. The cashier even offered to get money from his bag to pay us back for his mistake, which was kind but not a proper resolution to the issue.

Read moreI walked in and was greeted by very nice employees who were personable and kind. I ended up having a conversation before I ordered my ice cream with an employee. However, the manager rudely interrupted and asked if I was ever going to order something. I then realized that the manager was punishing her employees for relating to customers. Aparently, you can order your ice cream, but you are not allowed to engage in delicious moments of communication. May I mention that the store was currently occupied by just a few other people who were sitting down in the store. I will continue to tell this story to other people and I hope that the manager working that night changes the way she desires to handle customers.
