ZERO stars if I could and didn’t even get to the pizza part. Call to order pizza with delivery, told no delivery, 4 miles away? Huh, really. Ok, call back to order carry out and get the happy guy recording offering “ one large specialty and one large two item pizza for 24 bucks”, I’m like perfect, I’ll take it. Girl pops on the phone, tell her I’ll take that special, tells me she doesn’t know what I’m talking about. Explain to her the guys offer and says she never heard of it. Proceeds to tell just tell me what you want, I said that special. Ask for manager, says she is the manager, and says again tell me what you want. The special!! Says ok , 26 bucks. It’s 24 bucks, your guy just quoted it. Proceeds to hang up on me. Call back, permanently put on hold. So you’re thinking a Karen, no. Three people in my kitchen watching this unfold. I just wanted the special that YOUR store offered. So unfortunately I can’t review the pizza obviously, but the treatment was jaw dropping. Is this where we’re at with employees these days?? So on 03/18/2055 I ordered the 'White Cheesy' Pizza. Now, bare in mind that I have ordered many pizzas from Marco's Pizza of various varieties and they've always turned out great. I never have ordered the white sauce version. I added a few toppings to the pizza according to what my family likes. When the pizza arrived, I don't know if the restaurant forgot the sauce or if it was so thin it simply soaked into the crust but the end result was like a plain pizza crust with no sauce with toppings on it. BLAND, bland, bland! I couldn't serve this to my family so I decided to get resourceful. I had a jar of Ragu super chunky mushroom spaghetti sauce in my cupboard and a bag of shredded three cheese blend in my fridge. I slathered this poor excuse of a pizza with the Ragu sauce and topped it with the shredded cheese and cooked it in my air fryer for about five minutes on 350F and it turned out great! The family loved it! I wouldn't order the White Cheesy Pizza again. Just too plain and tasteless without...

I love Marcos Pizza and it’s my favorite pizza but this location has some issues. Tonight I waited an hour and it still wasn’t done. Small waiting room full of people waiting as long or longer than me. They tried catching up by shoving a bunch of pizzas in the oven but they came out underdone. Staff were overworked and unfriendly. Guess I won’t be back to this location anytime soon. :(

Update: there is a happy ending to this story. There is a Larosas pizza across the street and they got my pizza done in time and it was the best tasting LaRosa’s I’ve ever had lol.
