McDonald's — Restaurant in Taylor Mill

Normally I'm one to not be very picky and I completely understand that nobody is perfect but this last trip I had at this location was horrendous. If I want to take kids to a play place I'll just go to Chick-Fil-A. I seriously have a list just from this one trip there...

They wouldn't accept the coupons from the McDonalds app on my phone. It was "broken"? The situation remained unresolved even after I spoke with a "manager" who I am almost positive wasn't a manager. The cashier used the cash register and then handled food in between orders without washing his hands or wearing gloves. He also dropped a kids meal and picked it back up and served it. The lady did not know how to make frappes and stated to a coworker she guessed on how to as she handed them to me, it just seemed pretty unprofessional and if they don't know how then why not ask a manager or someone that does. I overhear, while waiting for my food, one employee stating that she just threw up in the bathroom and described what it looked like... "pink starbursts" and she looks sick then she goes back to handling food!! Restrooms smelled like urine so strong I couldn't stand to be in there or use them. This was the restroom in the play area. I walked up onto the steps of play land to get the child that's with me and I see dirt and dust along with trash and piece of chewed gum on the middle floor of the play land. It obviously hasn't been cleaned in a while. As I'm at the counter one of the employees were socializing with a friend and handed out a free drink to them at the exact time I'm swiping my card to purchase a drink... just so...

I ordered 2 large sweet teas, a large fry and a "cup of ketchup" I checked my bag before leaving but didn't receive my cup of ketchup. I requested it again but the lady manager with a towel on her head said we don't have cups of ketchup. I politely responded that I ALWAYS order a cup of ketchup from ANY McDonald's all across the USA, it's never been a problem and it's no different than a cup of Mac sauce. they just take the ketchup off of the sandwich station into a cup. she rudely replied, well we don't do that here and attempted to give me more packets. I informed her that I have a disability that prevents me from opening the packets; then begged stating that I was driving and can't eat them any other way. she replied well there's 2 of you in there (referring to my child) then I asked for a receipt but she referred me to some website. I asked again may I please have my receipt. She blew up and screamed " you need to start giving receipts" yo the young man who was running the money drawer. I waited for my receipt. when she came back with my receipt she over heard my daughter ask why we couldn't get our normal cup of ketchup as tears rolled down her face. I replied I didn't know, it's never been a problem. the last with the towel on her screamed at us, "as long as I'm working here you won't get it!" I gave up and left, im never been treated so badly, and all over asking for a cup of ketchup! I am currently taking my child to another food location because fries without ketchup are nasty! will be contacting customer service and file a bbb report! We will never...

On Sunday 5/5/19 Our Family was going through the drive thru and we ordered a couple ice creams for the kids on the way to the park. The car in front of us was supposed to move forward but was nodding off and appeared totally messed up. I honked my horn to let her know to go and she immediately turned around and flipped us off and started yelling. I immediately yell back and we go back and forth for a few secs and she finally pulls up. When she gets to the window we hear the worker ask what happened. We hear the girl say nothing and she just wants her food and wants to go. Well the Manager on duty Danielle (looks like a crack head herself) decided that she would call the cops on US !!! She tells the other girl to go and says we have to wait for the police. Which of course we did and they literally laughed the while situation off and actually said this isnt the first time this manager did this. We had over 5 employees come out and apologize and they all said we should report her for her actions. And this whole time out kids crying and scared because all they see is 2 cops surround our car and get out quickly . I've never called corporate on anyone before but I promise I will not let this go.
