Ordered food for takeout for my grandpas birthday. When I went in to pick up the food, all the workers in the back handling the food were not wearing masks. Well, they were around their ears and under their chins, so essentially not wearing them. This is super disgusting and not okay as we are in the middle of a pandemic and we should all be doing our part to not spread germs/covid. So I’m super glad that a bunch of careless employees were breathing all over the food we were serving my family for dinner (which consists of people that are high risk). This is super risky behavior not only for their employees but for paying customers who are wanting to support local business- especially in the food industry. Will never go here again (not that anyone gives a hoot). And looking at recent past reviews I see this is a consistent problem- to which has been remedied by “we have forwarded your complaint to the management of this location” clearly they aren’t sending the complaints or the employees at this location don’t care. These people are absolutely TERRIBLE. The most unorganized and upmost rude staff I've ever witnessed. Besides the fact my order was wrong after having to tell them 4 times what I wanted, and besides the fact my food had a piece of thread or clothing on it, but these people wrote my card number down on one of the order sheets. A minute later when I asked for the order sheet so I can shred it with my card number on it, they supposedly "lost it". I stood there until they can find the paper they "lost" within a minute, one of the workers ripped up a order paper with an attitude and I just left. If I get any random charges to my account, these people are gonna be the first I'm coming after and it's gonna be a bad day for everyone. Period. As a man who's generally understanding and as a police officer, I expected and deserved better service than what I was given. DO NOT EAT HERE. they will disappoint you. I came in here for lunch after having a rough day. They were very polite. I ordered my meal and was waiting. Another customer came in and ordered. He showed them a very meaningful picture. The workers, Chris & Brian, were so happy for this customer and uplifting him. I told them that it was so nice to see others encouraging one another and truly excited for each other. This customer left and despite his hard times walked out he door with a smile on his face as well. How amazing to see people still come together and root for one another. Chris and Bryan were truly authentic as this is the way the treated the other customers as well. They insisted on cleaning up my table as well even though I felt guilty not taking care of my own trash. All with a smile on their face!! On my way out I told them that Inwould absolutely be back here…because of them. I left there with a smile on my face as well. You never know how you will impact people.
