UPDATE 4/18/2019 Another star down. I went through drive thru for the morning breakfast. I ordered a steak bagel with no egg and onion, medium coke with no ice - as part of my order. I get my food and drink, noticed the coke had ice. I politely asked for one with no ice. A minute later, I’m given another coke - with ice in it. Whatever. I go home and find out the steak bagel has the egg an onions I asked to not take off. I guess simple directions are hard for the crew to read or follow this morning...
UPDATE 2/21/19 I ordered the new bacon quarter pounder. I didn’t get bacon. I’m not driving back out to get the order fixed but it’s frustrating because the whole point of the “new sandwich” was bacon. I called to make sure I didn’t pay a big price difference between the regular quarter pounder and bacon one. It’s less than a $1 so it’s not too bad. However, I gave back a star to this rating because the lady I spoke with was nice and took my name down to get a free bacon quarter pounder the next time I come.
UPDATE 7/20/18 - The service and quality is still sub-par. I went through drive thru, only had 4 people a head of me, and it took 20 minutes to get through. I actually sat for 5 minutes at the window and watched the crew members goof off; including a male worker kick a female worker’s butt. Really unprofessional. Despite the time it took, me not ordering much, and the place not being very busy to begin with, the order was incorrect. The other morning (also drive thru), I yet again watched the crew mess around while my bag of food sat on the counter. The girl in the window walked away from it. I didn’t get my food until a young man walked by, looked in the bag, and then handed it to me. My bag literally was ready to go and it just sat there. Considering I get low-quality service during the morning and night, I think it’s safe to say the majority of workers are there to milk the clock and not pay as much attention to their work as they should. I wish I could give this place ZERO stars.
FIRST REVIEW - I left one star in order to be able to leave a review. This McDonalds never cares about quality or accuracy. Every time I go through drive thru, I pull over to double check the food. I ordered two burgers one was a bacon quarter pounder and the other double cheeseburger the mcvaule one. So I pay and the mcvalue one I forgot to say no ketchup, ive worked in food 10 years, managed waitresses pizza fast food

I wasnt asked to pull up, but im waiting and who im assuming is the manager, shorter, white, red hair, women, told me the quarter pounder is too expensive to remake, 1) excuse me? 2) had anyone looked at the screen or the ticket?They would have saw that one said no ketchup underneath it, so it didn't need to be remade.And this whole endeavor is completely irrelevant. If i needed that sandwich remade too though I would have asked for my my money back, also and my 10 years of being in food.I've never once told anyone I will not remake their food, But ask me to pull up and keep the line moving, when I worked in fast food, you didn't just make one burger at a time.You had like twenty to thirty down. And you know , I was willing to let it go people have a bad day. I know food is a chaotic job and it's highly stressful because you can go from one person to a hundred and twenty in 2 minutes
Now i get home and theirs no bacon on my burger, the one that she told me was too expensive to remake, that I didn't think needed to be remade, but this one wasn't my fault, my food is cold, except for the burger that had to be remade, theirs no BBQ sauce for my cold tenders, and now that burger needed to be remade but their close at 1 am.
If you're that short staff as the manager you go wherever you need to go, she didnt have a headset on and she should have jumped back on the line with her cook if he was falling behind.
Atmosphere, service, food.I'd give it all a 0.It was horrible. I recommend the one-off telegraph.They're going through construction right now though they're down two one lane

Read moreAfter a long day at work I wanted to stop at McDonalds and get some food rather quickly. So I used the McDonald’s app so I wouldn’t have to wait in line long. When I arrived to pick up my food the manager came up to me and said that he isn’t giving me what I ordered. When I asked why not it’s what I put on my order and what I already paid for. His response was: it’s not how we do things at this location.. when I told him I bought the same thing a few days ago in a different city. He said doesn’t matter wasn’t at this location. So now was I annoyed and ticked off. But I didn’t start an argument rather, I got my food and was about to leave before I decided to do something spontaneous and buy their shamrock shake. So I asked for two of them. They have a deal going on where you buy one and get another for a 1$. I don’t care for it but my boyfriend does so I bought 2 mediums. I tried giving him my phone to scan the barcode he said just scan it. So I did. The manager then asked what do you want. sarcastically. I said, what do you mean. He said what do you want? I said I’m sorry I just want two shamrock shakes. The second time in less than a minute apart. He rang me out for one. I asked did you ring me for the other one. He looked at me with a look then told a girl that was by him to make another since he just made one and rung me out for the two. Instead of the second one with the deal going on.
