If I could put 1 star I would. I have always came to this place for all celebrations for cakes, since I was young. NEVER AGAIN. I was trying to do something special for my mother-in-laws birthday a 2-tier cake the lady said it would take 6-8 week notice for it to be done which ok that’s fine. But the lady was so rude when she was speaking. The customer service was just horrible. I found a place that is going to have it done by when it’s needed so I told her nvm. I went out to put the kids in the car went back because I wanted some pepperoni rolls and the lady was talking about the situation with other coworkers, when I went in she goes “this is one of them right here” and points at me. The other lady said with the grey hair that was talking about me “said oh hi how can I help you “ and I just completely turned around and walked. I don’t understand how someone can be se rude because of questions that are asked. I will never go to this place again. Horrible horrible horrible ...

So impressed with the friendliness and the quality. Visited Roberto's for the first time on Holy Saturday last year. Although they were very busy, they took the time to be kind and provided knowledgeable and efficient customer service. The lamb cake was both cute and yummy, the blessing bread was perfect, and the marble rye was soft and fresh, and Mom's sweet treat was beyond expectations. Picked up a couple of pepperoni rolls with sauce and they were out of this world. We went back a few months later to order a birthday cake for Mom's birthday. They were very helpful in assisting me with choosing the size needed for our party. The cake (carrot with cream cheese frosting) was a hit! I simply told them that she liked flowers and butterflies, and Mom was delighted with it. Typically I go here for cakes/cupcakes or donuts. I decided to get all my baked goods for Thanksgiving this year from a local bakery. I ended up getting pumpkin pie, cheesecake, banana cream, pumpkin roll, cupcakes, donuts, spinach pastry and some other odds and ends. The Pumpkin pie and Thanksgiving style cupcakes were yummy as usually. My problem was the pumpkin roll was so overly sweet it was hard to eat the 2nd slice we found a hair baked into it so we ended up tossing it. The apple pie tasted like it was from a can. The banana cream pie was alright but ruined by the whipped cream. We also got a personal cheesecake. The whip cream and no crust ruined the cheesecake for me.
