On Tuesday 1/22/25 I had a long day, I was picking up a prescription at smith's and Rancharitos was just down the street. I decided to pick up dinner here because I didn't feel like cooking and I was starving. After I got home and the 3 of us took our first bite none of us could each anymore, our food tasted like cleaning chemicals had been sprayed on it. We eat at Rancharitos A LOT, we'll they just lost regular customers due to poor customer service. I was exhausted and just found something else to eat, and got ready for bed. I called the next day many many times and no one answered. I tried again a few hours later and someone told me to call after 6 to talk to a manager. I called after 6 and talked to Amelia, she was a bit rude asking me why I didn't call that night... She told me she had to talk to the general manager Juan and she'd call me back. 24 hours or more went by and I never heard from her. I called again it rang and really no one answered, I called right back someone answered and then hung up. I called again and asked for Amelia, again she told me I should have called earlier, I told her I've been calling no one answered. She told me the phone is right next to the register and they always answer the phone.... Um not the case! I also told her we weren't trying to take advantage of them, mostly we wanted them to know that someone had obviously sprayed cleaner too close to food and that they just should address that so it doesn't happen again. Amelia told me she still had to talk to Juan and would call me back. Just now tonight Amelia called and said that Juan the general manager would NOT give us a refund or replace our food because we didn't call that very night...Juan the GM denied it. It was $26 of food. The point was we had completely in-edible food and they gave ZERO CUSTOMER service to correct the problem. I was pretty must told over and over that we HAD to contact them that night. So if you have a problem with the food.... Make sure it's that night or they don't give a CRAP!!!! A little bit of customer service would have gone a long way. We have been coming here for years, now I'll never go back to...

Last time I went to this store a few weeks ago the lobby was closed and you could only pick up thru drive thru so today I still thought it was like that when I pulled into the drive thru the lady told me I had to pickup indoors when I went to back out to do so there was a car behind me I had no way to get out I told the lady this she did not say anything I figured she didn’t here me and told her again via drive thru she still said nothing but I heard people in the background so it was clear she was trying to ignore me but I was stuck in the line so having no other choice I sat in line for about 5-10 minutes when I got to the window I told her I was unable to pull out because there was a car behind me when she rudely told me I was a liar and there was no car behind me. I told her there really was and I attempted to get out but was unable because of this. The lady told me to just go inside anyways the problem was there’s a main road you are forced to go on when exiting this drive through it was a one way turn on the street and I would have to go up the street make a u turn just to go back I told her this and I told her that I already waited in line for like 5-10 minutes and would like my food I asked her why it was so hard for her to just give me the food and I asked to speak to her manager at that point she finally brang my food but threw it at me angerly and was very rude saying comments like I should know better next time I told her last time I went you couldn’t go into the lobby so I didn’t know. This girl really needs to be talked to about her being more professional and polite. I am not sure but from the sound of it it looks like I am not the only one in this comment section that has commented on her rude behavior...
