Hardee’s — Restaurant in Tazewell

The last 2 times I’ve ordered at this location, my order has been messed up, making me return to the store to have it fixed. Today makes the third time, and I’ve decided to not return. I work in the service industry and can understand mistakes, but each time I place my order (with my receipt showing exactly what wanted), the food I receive is very incorrect, specifically when ordering the #5 combo; the only thing I request is to have the burger without tomato, but I end up with things I didn’t ask for like mustard and ketchup or a bunch of stuff taken off that I actually wanted). I’ve tried clarifying my order at the speaker box to make sure I get what I’m paying for ($13+ is a lot to pay just to get I convinced all the time) but, despite being reassured that my order was understood and that I’ve ordered correctly, my order is still made wrong. I can understand an occasional mess up, but considering that this has been a consistent problem every single time I order, it just shows a complete lack of quality control making it too frustrating for me continue ordering here. Ordered breakfast to dine in, our ticket was hanging there and the people putting out the orders, seem to overlook our ticket for 19 mins. People who ordered after us, whether dine in or carry out got their food almost immediately. I had to ask 2 times about when we would get our food. Then they gave us the wrong order. Very frustrating, but did not get angry, or make a scene. I just think, if I am going to spend my hard earned money, it should be worth, in this case it definitely was not worth it. Side note, the coffee was colored water, you could see bottom of the coffee cup. And the breakfast biscuit were thrown together hastily, our hash rounds were scattered across our tray, cause the container came apart. 5-2019, I used the drive-thru & was greeted nicely. I ordered Hot Ham and Cheese, Onion Rings, & Mellow Yellow. The sandwich was very fresh and tasty. Onion rings tasted almost homemade. A+! Will return! UPDATE 8-2022 I went through the drive-thru on a Thursday around 8:30 pm. I ordered the MUSHROOM & SWISS BURGER COMBO with CURLY FRIES & DR. PEPPER to drink. Drive-thru employee was very POLITE. Had to wait about 3 minutes for FRESH curly fries. The employee came to the window to let me know he had "dropped fresh fries" did I mind waiting? I told him I didn't mind at all. I would rather WAIT a couple extra minutes for FRESH, than to get NOT FRESH food. Lol! The Mushroom & Swiss is a juicy burger full of flavor, Crunchy flavourful curly fries, & an Ice cold Dr.Pepper. So, all in all a pleasant experience. Thanks...
