While we were able to get the phones and numbers upgraded/changed to new numbers the staff was unaware of ATT policy. This lack of knowledge cost us a promotion of $800 on a trade in. ATT policy is if you cancel any phone on the account within 90 days of adding a line, you forfeit any promotions they gave you. Staff knew exactly what our plan was and didn't make us aware of the policy.
