One time and never again.

Ordered a pepperoni pizza that was dry and chewy. Cardboard like. Was anticipating better than what I got.

Service was trash. I came in with my two girls. I’m carrying one child in an arm. When we entered, there was a line of people being served and paying for their food. There was a semi bald guy working the front, another man working the back handing off pizza boxes to customers, and a third man just hanging around in the back. I ordered and paid via door dash and my order was ready. I was being courteous by waiting in line. Do you know that the front guy when it was finally our turn, looked at me saying he’d be right w me ‘sweetheart’ then answered an incoming phone call? Fine, no p I said, though I was staring at my pizza box that was right there. Then another man came after us, cut in front of us and went to the front man who got off the phone by then and attended to him first. Finally when they were done, he now asked for my order. We waited for about 15 mins to pick up a pizza boxes that was sitting out the whole time.

Everyone in there were male at the time and I guess you have to be male t be serviced fairly. Very misogynistic and the food was rubbish. Dry af w no depth or flavor. They will never...

I wish I could give 0 stars for this. I wasn’t going to post anything when the incident occurred but now I must. I never received my food after ordering online. The first time I called, I was told the food was on the way and would arrive momentarily. 15 mins later, I called again and was told that there was a mistake and they had originally brought the food to another house. They were remaking my order and I would have it in 20 minutes. When it didn’t arrive many minutes after said 20, I called again and said I didn’t want the food as it was well over 2 hours since I ordered. I wanted my money returned to my card. They agreed to call Slice. Over a week later, the transaction is still on my card. I called slice myself and they told me that Victors indeed called that day to tell them that I didn’t accept the food and wouldn’t answer my phone. Complete lie. I am disgusted that they would lie about that. Everyone makes mistakes, things happen. I was fine with what happened last week with the food. Now, I will NEVER give them my money again. I will tell EVERYONE about their disgusting behavior. They don’t deserve anyone’s business if they conduct themselves this way. The pizza isn’t...

I first went to Victors pizza in 2005 and consider myself a bit of a Pizza Connoisseur and an avid Lover of All Pizza. When I say that I love Victors Pizza more than any food from any place anywhere, what I mean to say is that at any given time you can ask me if I want Victors Pizza me my response will always be Yes. Did I just eat Victors Pizza yesterday? I want Victors now. Did I have pizza for lunch? I want Victors for Dinner. Am I eating Victors right now? I still want more pizza from Victors. You will never regret ordering ANY of their pizza. Their Cheesesteak is in my opinion the most complete pizza experience ever. Their Buffalo chicken trumps every other place by a mile. Their Ziti, BBQ, Chicken Parm, Spinach, White, Sicilian Slices; each one is a memory that you will savor for the rest of your life. Their plain slice, the simplest pizza anyone can order or make, is better than all others. Their Sicilian is puffed to perfection. Even their Veggie Pizza is amazing, and I literally never order veggie pizza ever. The next tome you ask yourself what do I wanna eat? Choose Victors.
