Subway — Restaurant in Teasdale

Not impressed the last few times. Once we walked out because they were out of everything during dinner hours. Then this last time, the bread is not made right. The bread is flaking apart, not sure maybe old? and instead of chopped lettus I got Roman salad lettus on my sub, which changes the taste of my sub, and I didnt notice till after I left and ate it. and I tried to order something else and they was out this time of the chicken for the wrap. The knifes were dirty that they cut my subs with, the food holders and around them were dirty. I'm very disappointed. Service was friendly but they need to hire a staff that can keep up with the flow of customers and not stand there at the register and...

This just happened. I arrived at the attached gas station (Phillips 66) to fill my truck up with gas at 6:51pm on a Thursday night. Looked inside and saw a man ordering from the Subway counter. Finished filling at 6:55pm and proceeded to walk in. As I was about halfway across the parking lot, I saw the man who’d just ordered get his sub. I walked into the store and up to the counter where I was then told they had closed (at 6:56pm). I said “really? It’s 6:56 and I just saw that other guy grab a sub” the subway clerks response was “oh that sucks”. I don’t remember the clerks name but he was a short heavy set white man bald on top and little hair around the sides. Also, no one was...

I recently visited Subway and had a mixed experience. The waiter who took my order was extremely polite and helpful. He greeted me with a smile, patiently answered all my questions, and made sure everything was just right. His excellent customer service really stood out.

However, another woman working there wasn’t as friendly. She seemed a bit disinterested and didn’t engage much with the customers. It didn’t ruin my experience, but it was noticeable compared to the great service from the waiter.

Overall, the food was good, and the service from the waiter made my visit enjoyable. I hope the whole team can offer the same level of warmth and friendliness...
