I started getting sick Friday March 26th. I went to the ER on the 30th and all they did was give me a bag of fluids and some zofran which in turn made me worse. Today(March 31st) I went to new urgent care in Tecumseh and the Dr. Lamb(he's either a PA or an NP I can't remember) went over all of my symptoms, checked my ears, throat and listened to my lungs and did a flu,covid and strep test. He asked if I had the covid vaccine yet and I told him no. He wasn't judgmental at all and told me that if I changed my mind they have them. He told me that if my symptoms changed I could give him a call. I'm glad that I found a doctor that actually listened to me. Hopefully I'll feel better in a few days once the zpak kicks in. I was in and out within 45 minutes or less. I highly recommend this place and will go there...

I took my granddaughter to the Tecumseh clinic today which that in itself is most accommodating! Not only was your personal professional in every way they were kind, considerate, expediant and HAPPY TO BE OF SERVICE! Our experience with your company was most refreshing ...your employees, from our 1st point of contact until the completion of our visit, from the woman at the front desk the intake gentleman and the Doctor, handled themselves in a professional, knowledgable and kind manner! Waited over an hour to get seen. NP insisted my issue was cardiac and wanted me to go to the ER despite me telling her I felt strongly it was not cardiac in nature. Was required to sign an AMA form since the NP couldn't be swayed from her one track opinion. Today, I can assure everyone it was NOT cardiac. Secondly, patients should know that the form they want you to sign authorizing automatic payment, it doesn't matter if you refuse to sign it, they automatically take your payment anyway. Patients have the right to review all charges and their own EOB for billing accuracy before authorizing payment. Will not use this...
