Burger King — Restaurant in Temecula

I loved the whopper so this review isn't about Burger King 👑 in general, it's just about this burger king. The easiest way to guarantee a bad experience and possibly a non returning customer is bad customer service. Marlene shouldn't have been hired. That is not the type of person you want as a representative of your business. She was incoherent and unresponsive. We walked to the counter and she just stood there. We weren't greeted and that's fine but I asked her how she was doing and she didn't respond. She just stared at us waiting for us to order. I asked her again and she responded "Ok, what do you want to order?" We gave her our order and continued to the play area. Around 15 mins later I looked at the counter and what I assumed to be our order was sitting on the counter. I exited the play area, approached her and asked if it was our order. "Number 53?" She asked. I said yes and took the food back to the play area. We sat down to eat and our burgers were ice cold. The fries were warm and the chicken nuggets chewy and hard. I wanted to have them remake it but I honestly didn't want to deal with Marlene. I've been here tons of time with my kids. They're usually kind and I've ALWAYS had our food tray handed to us. I'm not expecting that every time, as I shouldn't, but geez...Don't just stand there doing nothing as your customer food is getting cold. You ruined how I feel about whoppers Marlene.

Edit. Much better 2 weeks later.. although I had to initiate the greeting again, she was more responsive and a tad bit...

I highly DO NOT recommend this restaurant. I walk up to the counter ready to order, the cashier's back was facing me. He was talking to the food preparer. He glanced at me and continued talking. Not a word, like "be right with you". After a awhile he started walking towards the counter, no eye contact, but talking to another employee coming out of the bathroom, which was next to the counter. I placed my order. Food was regular fast food quality. I just wanted a quick snack. After eating, I tried to use the bathroom to wash my hands but was told it was closed. It was 8.30 PM. I asked what time does the restaurant closes and was told at 10 PM. She said she had cleaned the bathroom for the day and will be leaving shortly. Batrooms will remain closed for the day. That's ridiculous! I left and told her I'll make sure everone I know to avoid this place. I have never had this very bad experience any where else. AVOID...

I haven’t been to BK in years and TBH the whopper tasted better than any other fast food Burger out there. The freshness was amazing and it actually looked like the burger from the commercial. It was well put together not all slapped and wrapped like other fast food places. The fries are on another level. They taste like real fries and not like processed fake potatoes that other fast food joints have no one cannot even compare to the freshness and taste of BK fries. The price is also cheaper then other fast food places. It’s cheaper and better. I’ve been to other fast food places for years because BK couldn’t compare to them years ago but now the tables have turned and BK has stepped up the game and now is #1 in the fast food burger...
