A fantastic establishment! I was on the hunt for pot roast, and saw this place had some. I was happy to find the food, but stumbled upon an amazing restaurant with a fun atmosphere and friendly attentive bartenders. I just got done working a long day cleaning, and was happy to still be able to order the roast at 10 pm. The roast was delicious and so were the potatoes and gravy! I wasn’t used to the “pulled roast” thing, I’m used to it in chunks. But it wasn’t fatty at all, and it was super delicious. In the picture you’ll see my side isn’t on my plate, because the salad came with a couple things I asked without. I was just fine picking them off, but the servers insisted on fixing it right away, and brought out a brand new correct salad within 5 minutes (probably less). The truly seltzer on tap with mixed in flavoring is yet another thing along with the roast you can’t really find anywhere else, and it was delicious. It was Saturday night, and not too crowded. A fun game night happening with some locals, was very entertaining and overall happy environment. I’m very happy I stumbled upon this place following a craving! The menu looks ample in choice and I will be back to try more.

Would recommend: burnt ends (came w/ pickled onions + pickles + garlic bread) + truffle shuffle pizza w/ cauli crust. Their drink menu is extensive (their loaded beers and bloody’s are fun and well done). Their game room was awesome to reserve for our large party. Will come back! Wouldn’t recommend: the brisket. Boyfriend got the combination platter and it was super dry - not even the sauce made it better. He said the pulled pork, green beans, and coleslaw was good though! Came back for an outing on 2/16 and we got the 3 meat combination platter (burnt ends, ribs, and the chicken coscia). We also had the naked smoked chicken wings. Burnt ends, ribs and wings were really good. We got the sauce on the side for the wings and I wasn’t expecting the garlic truffle & parmesan sauce to be so oily/runny vs creamy. Chicken coscia was disappointing. We make chicken thighs regularly and due to their fat content, they are generally more tender and forgiving from a cooking standpoint. However, these were crispy-ish on the outside but dry on the inside.

my wife and i had cravings for some burgers and we saw the options on the menu here and decided to give it a shot. she had the Gila Monster( burger with pulled pork, bacon, & pepperjack) and I had the Spartan (green chili burger) the fries were oddly shaped but perfectly cooked and seasoned. they were somewhere between wedges and skins. my burger was really good but i tried my wife's and ill be getting that one next time. they were playing a musical bingo game so the music kept changing every 30 seconds. our server Whats-his-face-with-the-great-beard was attentive, friendly, and helpful. they have a really good beer selection as well as some good looking cocktails I had the bonfire Porter and my wife had a smore-tini. the beer was good but a bit milder than I prefer. I'll have to get a flight next time and there will ABSOLUTELY be a next time. I walked in with Chilis/Applebee's expectations and they surpassed them in every way. I appreciated the festive decorations inside as well.

Featured Diners Drive-Ins and dives this did not fit either one of those categories. It was a Monday evening so really empty. Went there with my wife and some distant family who really likes going to the places featured in this popular show. Having been to several myself I was excited to go but as we pulled up we realized this was a big restaurant. Looking at the website they have multiple facilities so I don't know how they got on Diners drive-ins or dives. Does the waitress was very pleasant? She couldn't seem to take the order accurately. Ordering a double bourbon need. I was brought a single, I did repeat myself twice and she said oh I got that. Came without the salad and we had to remind her in. Let me emphasize again. The place was empty so it wasn't like the waitress had 30 different tables to worry about in a rush. Being kind of a barbecue Master so I've been told burnt ends are one of my specialties. So we ordered it. There was nothing burnt. Nothing ends whatsoever about this cut. There's nothing more than the fatty portion of the brisket. Cut into little cubes served with too much sweet barbecue sauce. It was somewhat tasty but drowned in the sauce. You couldn't really taste your meat. I don't know about you either, but when I make burnt ends they're actually crusty and burnt, not soft and chewy and undercooked perhaps.

So I'm giving the place The rating I think it actually deserves. It's just a restaurant. Nothing special whatsoever. Had it not been featured on the TV show, I may have given it a slightly higher rating than what I have, but throughout the place and the menu they are highlighting the fact that they are on that show and let's face it. If he can't meet your claims then you probably shouldn't boast about it.

The owners responded and I think completely missed the point. Knocking me because I was expecting a dive which really wasn't the expectation. I was expecting something far above par. When burnt ends. Have nothing burnt about it. It should just be cut and juicy ends. Not burnt ends. The service issues were not rectified quickly. In fact, they were not addressed by them other than bringing the salad which took another 10 or 15 minutes. Again, the place was empty. I'm sorry the owners don't like my poor review but the truth is the truth. I'm not saying it's going to be your experience and I hope if you go you don't experience it...

We have been coming here for a while now (frequently because it is the only place our kids like to go solely because of the game room) despite it having terrible customer service and gross food. Today was the last straw. Our very capable seven year old tried to dish up her own pizza slice (like she’s done a million times) and the pizza slid onto the floor. We looked to see what happened and saw that the pizza stand was leaning completely to one side. We ordered another pizza and found out at the time of the bill that we were being charged for both pizzas. We asked to speak to a manager to rectify the situation. The manager wasn’t even able to make a decision and had to consult with the owner. This took approximately 10-15 minutes to find out that they’d offer a 50% discount off of one pizza. The manager didn’t even have the ability to deliver this news back to us, the server was forced to). The other things I will mention are typically things we can overlook (obviously since we continued to return per the request of our children despite our other previous experiences). They never offered refills (or else they would have gotten more money out of me for a second beverage), didn’t bring enough waters for the table, didn’t bring ranch with two orders that were requested and took at least 20-30 minutes to return to offer the bill after last checking on us and noticing that we were almost done. Please do yourself a favor and don’t allow your kids to fall in love with an awful establishment.

Unfortunately I am not able to reply to their reply but the 30 person party that was next to us didn’t exist. They told us when we were seated that we could only have a high top table because of that party coming in but despite us being there for what felt like forever, that party never arrived unless the random handful of people in the game room were the beginning of the party. Our waitress brought us ranch eventually, not the manager and we were never offered refills despite their response. Why are they offering a free pizza party and games if they had such an issue comping one pizza for us after there was an issue? As a manager myself, I don’t understand any of the logic behind this...

My wife and I were excited to try Bonfire. We arrived and were seated promptly. It was neat, clean and well lit. Menu is great. My wife ordered smoked wings with Honey Hot & Arizona golden sauce and truffle fries. I ordered the 2 meat combo with burnt ends and pulled pork, the sides were potato salad and baked beans. I had a Bavarian Hefeweizen to drink, it was good. We waited for 48 minutes. Daniel our server stopped by twice to push more beer but seemed indifferent when I inquired about our food. We watched other people who were seated after us get their orders. We were about to leave when part of our order was delivered. Daniel said the fries were delayed but then another server brought them over. We were happy to get our food. My first bite of the pulled pork was cold, I tried the burnt ends and they were also cold. The beans were cold too. My wife’s food was hot. I waited approx 10 minutes until Daniel decided to grace us with his presence . I explained to Daniel that my food was cold and he replied “what do you want me to do sir” and I asked “do you think this is ok?” He replied “well do you want me to reheat it” he then went on to explain another server had taken it to another table. His attitude and indifference set me off. I handed the plate to him and told him I didn’t want it because I wasn’t going to eat a plate of cold meat. 10 minutes later he came by to notify us that he had taken it off the bill. I tried to convince my wife to eat her meal but she was no longer interested in eating. We both were very unhappy. Daniel finally came by to give us the bill. No apologies, no offers to speak to the manager. I left the table to find the manager and she was shocked to see how long ago the ticket was opened. She also said she got a different story from Daniel. She offered a gift certificate but I declined. I’m not sure why he thought it was ok to bring a cold plate of food that had been delivered to another table. We wasted 2hours and went home hungry. Thanks Daniel, for your lackluster service and apathy. You made date night...
