I ordered a table from this store in August and it was finally delivered in November. I got over the late delivery and was happy to have my new table. That is until I realized everything stains it! Everything stains this $1,600 Bermex table! The Cameron family that runs this store has refused to do anything about it.

The table is defective and needs to be returned to the manufacturer. They did send a "technician" to my house finally who tried to clean the table but couldn't. The Cameron's claim the table is not defective and told me to clean it with windex and ammonia. Nothing should stain a dining table, however, chicken noodle soup, crayon, pencil, etc has stained this table.

When I first informed Tanner Cameron at Salt Creek Furniture about the table staining I was told that something might be wrong with it as I should be able to clean it with warm water. Tanner claimed he would help me out, but has sent me to other family members since. Yes this company is family owned and operated and that is not a good thing. Now I am being told by Ryan Cameron at Salt Creek Furniture to use windex and ammonia. However, the technician that was sent to my house to check the table couldn't even get it to wipe clean. So if he couldn't get it clean how do they expect me to get the stains out.

My husband and I visited the Glendale store. We needed to purchase a whole house full of furniture for a new house. The store and furniture are beautiful, but we had a very weird experience. Suddenly, we felt very rushed and brushed off to get out of there.
