Asked for no pickle on half of our cheese burgers. We bypassed the computer type voice that was taking our order at the drive thru to talk to an actual person and make sure half do not have pickles. The employee that took our order was great.
However, once we got home to eat, I was opening the burgers to find the no pickled ones. Instead, we saw extra pickles and half of our order didnât have cheese on the burgers. I Called and left a message twice about fixing the issue- they havenât attempted to call back.
We wonât be returning to this location. The person we bought dinner for canât have pickles, she was extremely bummed and we felt horrible for ruining dinner she was craving. I hate pickles as well, so I didnât eat the dinner I bought either. Pickle juice gets on the bun and runs your entire dinner, especially when there are double pickles 𤢠. I wouldnât be so mad if I only got a couple of cheese burgers, but $43 worth of fast food on top of ruining their personâs dinner you got for them, I wasnât happy đđť
They need a manager who actually calls customers back and fixes the problem. I waited a few days before leaving a review. Check your food before leaving, we live 40 min away - it was not worth driving there and back AGAIN, which is why I called instead.
This isnât the first time either Iâve asked for no pickle to get home and found out they messed up my order. They canât follow simple directions. Iâm fed up...
Read moreIâve been a WHITE CASTLE lover since growing up in Indiana years ago, so couldnât wait to get some today using the drive-thru! Letâs start with the girl taking my orderâŚâŚshe talked way too fast! She would start talking before turning her microphone on, so you would miss half of what she was saying. I asked if they had Coke Zero and didnât get an answerâŚ.so I said âhello?â And she said, âI said YES!â So I ordered a small one knowing I would start eating these in the car on the way home. So after driving up, I explained to her that she needs to make sure her microphone is on before talkingâŚâŚcrickets and ignored me! Handed me my bag. I then had to ask for napkins!! She gave me some and started talking to the customer behind meâŚ.no thank you, no nothingâŚ.and most of all, no coke which was my fault for leaving, but didnât notice that until I was already down the road!!! Enough about the terrible service!!! The burgersâŚâŚ..dry and dry!!! The meat was dry and the buns tasted like 3-day old bread!!!! What happened to the whole steamy burgers!! Unfortunately I will stick with the frozen ones in the storeâŚ.much better and steamy when microwaved!! And no, they werenât busyâŚ.I drove right up and now understand why no one else was thereâŚ.UNEVENTFUL!! I am going to let corporate know too! Corporate should know they have not been open for very long and have already earned a 3.6 rating?? Or maybe they donât...
Read moreWhat a cluster (censored) this is. No parking unless you have a handicap plate or placard. Youâre stuck going through the drive thru, and no one is directing traffic. When I finally pulled up to the speaker đ and menu board, Iâm asked for my name and vehicle make and color. Dead silence after that except for the background noise of the workers inside. âMay I order?â âYes, your name and vehicle?â đ¤Śââď¸ đ I place an order for their #8 combo meal. Ten sliders, two fries, and two drinks⌠medium with light ice. $26.25. I pull forward, pay, and receive my order; only Iâm handed two different size drinks. Whatâs the point of getting it corrected. No one seems to care when the mistake is pointed out. The sliders are as I remember them. The fries were better than the greasy fries Iâve had at the Scottsdale location; yet theyâre a bit overdone. I wonât be returning anytime soon, and recommend others stay away if youâre short on time. It is a huge mess as Tempe P.D. was on hand with cones to limit and direct the flow of traffic. Management could have done better directing traffic in their parking lot and drive thru. They could learn a few things from In-n-Out on how to get customers in through the drive-thru. And open up your parking for anyone wishing to dine in. I had an hour to do so, but felt pushed out and discouraged. Not a kind way to...
