First and last time at this location. Is it possible to give lower than one star? I tried to order a croissant sandwich without a sausage patty, but with an extra egg instead, and i also wanted a special made split with just am egg patty, nothin else. Strange i know, but really simple. I let the drive thru know it was slightly odd, and i had to repeat myself a few timed which I'm no stranger to, and I dont mind doing. What irritated me was not only did i get 2 regular sausage croissants WITH cheese (one was supposed to not have any cheese), but when I went in to ask them to correct it, the lady told me she didnt understand, yet again. I felt kind of a language barrier, my Spanish isn't too good but i know how to ask for my order to avoid my allergies. So I tried to repeat my order in spanish, as best as I could, and the lady proceeds to tell me that I'm being insensitive and racist! I explained im not trying to offend anyone, i just want my food, despite the fact that I'm being charged for things i didn't even order in the first place! Read moreUpdate: I received a call and was offered a replacement meal. Told go in and provide my name when I was next nearby. Go back to be told by the manager who makes those calls that I was lying. She didn't have a record of calling me, but was going to give it to me anyways... I did have the record and shared it with her. Nobody gave me anything except discrimination and hassle. I ordered a lesser meal than my first by the way, while you made me wait 5 minutes to confirm that you couldn't find the call it took me moments to find without having the number provided to me. I double down on my original statement. AVOID HERE
This jack in the box is trash and Corporate should know that they don't hand out receipts so you can't give pointed feedback. How my food came out the window cold I'll not understand. Read moreI've come here 3 times now in the past 3 months and each time I preordered online or over the phone so I could just run in and grab my food on my way to work, without having to wait in the drive thru line or have to order my food. But every time I got there, i had to wait for them to put my order in and wait for them to make the food. Not to mention the time it took each time for them to come to the counter and actually acknowledge someone in the lobby for at the counter! They prioritize the drive thru at 545ish in the morning. I had to say "excuse me" to get someones attention for anyone to come an actually put my order in rotation, even tho I ordered it previously online or over the phone. And I've had to wait even longer for my food than I would have if I would've just sat in the drive thru line, making me late for work all 3 times!
