I went to AZ Doughnut Co. yesterday and I'm still kicking myself for it. They have a sign taped to the menu board advertising decaf hot and iced coffee. I asked if I could get a half decaf/half regular small iced coffee and was told they don't have decaf because no one buys it. Totally fine but take down the sign. It was just a taped up price of paper, they didn't have to actually alter the menu or anything. So I asked for a small iced coffee with half coffee, half almond milk, and a pump of caramel syrup. We also got 1/2 dozen doughnuts. Unfortunately I wasn't paying a lot of attention to what they were charging me and I tipped 20%. I didn't receive a receipt and today the transaction posted for $27.67! That's insane for a small iced coffee and 6 doughnuts. I was obviously way over charged but without a receipt, I feel like I'm SOL. So beware and double check what they are...

I went to this place on August 13th to pick up a large catering order for work. Upon my arrival all 3 employees said they didnt know what the order was and were acting very strange. I called the company I work for and they cancelled the order. The Arizona Donut Co. later contacted my company and said I stole this large order. I have a receipt of what i bought that day and sat there and ate because this company didnt know how to do their job that day, and possibly gave my order to someone else.
