I’m visiting the area from California and decided to visit this spot as it was less than a mile from my hotel. Once I received my order through the drive-thru I realized that there was no whipped cream on my drink even after I specifically asked for some and an item was left out of my order, a jalepeno cheese bagel. I parked, went inside then asked the gal at the register for my bagel and she had it at the counter waiting for me, knowing that they left it out of my order. I got back to my hotel room and then realized that the bagel was not a bagel but a stale, breakfast sandwich roll; far from a jalepeno cheese bagel if you ask me! I went to black rock this morning with my coworker to grab some breakfast and a coffee. We were greeted by great customer service and a very helpful cashier that made us have a pleasant store experience. However my coworkers and I were a bit disappointed with the execution of the food and coffee. My coffee was not shaken/mixed well so we had to add extra creamer and mix when we got back to the office. She also ordered a bacon egg sandwich and I ordered a egg jalapeños burrito. She said he sandwich was not cooked properly and had to throw it away. My burrito was good but it was also cold and hot so it was a poor experience.
