So, my wife and I came here on 4/12 after the recommendation came from someone on TikTok. I ordered the jalapeno burger, my wife ordered the americana burger, and we shared an order of the chipotle honey barbecue wings. The service from the woman who took our order was extremely nice and polite. The atmosphere was a small spot given it's a food truck but that's to be expected. Now let's get down to the food starting with the jalapeno burger. This burger was extremely delicious and flavorful however, my only critique about it is that there was a bit too many jalapenos for my own personal preference 4/5. Each item we ordered also came with French fries crinkle cut for the burgers and shoestring for the wings which I thought was a bit odd. While the fries were extremely fresh and delicious I do feel they lacked in seasoning 3/5. Next is the americana burger and unfortunately it was a bit disappointing. Why? Well, it tasted exactly like a burger I have had from Red Robin and while that isn't a bad thing on its own, I didn't want a burger to taste like one I've already had 3/5. Lastly, the chipotle honey barbecue wings were absolutely delicious. They were crispy, full of flavor, and I absolutely enjoyed them 5/5. Overall was it great? No. Was it terrible? Absolutely not. I would love to go back to try other menu items especially with the prices being more than reasonable. I recommend giving it a shot...

the atmosphere of this food truck is genuine. People are nice. it’s a family owned business and soon in the future they’re about to expand. I can’t wait to know where their other locations are going to be because I love the food. The wings are great when you tell them to put them crispy crispy they put an extra 1 min I briefly got to meet the employees are very nice and very quick to get my order out there’s three things that I like about this place it’s clean. It’s super quick and the cheesecake is so good with the powdered sugar and the shelf fried and everything with the pancake mix on it. It’s so delicious and then here we go with the Oreo cookies you can go to the store and get Oreo cookies, but they have fried Oreo cookies with powdered sugar on it that hits the spot after a big cactus cactus crunch. Oh and I also love the quesadilla. It’s so good. The hubby and I wanted to try something new on a late Friday night. Theo's was open. Pics online looked delicious so we gave it a shot. We were surprised to roll up on a trailer tucked away next to a convenience store. It didn't have big flashing lights like you see the food trucks parked on the side of the road, we were like hmmm ok, but we went ahead and parked. We followed the little blue marker lights around the trailer and came upon a little dining area and the order window. That window flung open and a friendly face popped out and asked us if we wanted a menu. We glanced at it and made a decision.
