Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Tempe

I'm very disappointed in this establishment. Tonight I walked in and asked for a cheese and a separate pepperoni pizza. I was told that they didn't have a cheese ready and that it would be about 35 mins to get one, but that they had pepperoni available. I paid for the pizza the cashier went to the back, I assume to get the pepperoni pizza and was back there for 2 mins just walking around. He came back up and said it would be another 6 mins that they were just coming out of the oven. I said that was fine and waited. I finally walked back up to the counter and asked about my pepperoni pizza, he walked in the back, and pulled it out from the backside of the ovens.

From the lack of communication from the back staff to the front. This establishment has time and time wasted time and effort in service. Just a few weeks ago, my wife ordered online and was going to pick it up. She arrived and the place was CLOSED. No sign on the door, we ended up paying double that night for our food.

Need to communicate EXCEPTIONALLY poor customer service. Walked into this store with a TMOBILE coupon. Asked the worker if this coupon was valid, she said yes. I asked her clarifying questions and basically help in navigating the online coupon and she basically told me I needed to submit it online and then walked off. I sat down and fumbled through it, and got my pizza ordered. I then noticed a sign that was promoting family night and a spin the wheel between 4-7 pm. This sign did not outline any restriction. The employee (Lupita) stated I could not do that since I ordered online, something has to be ordered in store. The young woman working there is an awful representative of Little Ceasars. She was extremely rude. As a Doordasher I am a representative of a paid customer. I went to pick up an order and was told it was in the oven and will be ready in 7 minutes. I said fine and told the man I would be back. Came back in 7 minutes and that is when I encountered the young woman who said it was not ready and would be 10 minutes. I complained about being told initially 7 minutes and now it would 10 more?! She said I don't have it and walked away to the back. So I went to get another order next door and came back in 10 minutes and again she said it would be 10 minutes. I then said it's been 22 minutes why is this not ready? She simply said I don't have it and told me to drop the order.
