Way way way better to than the one on Val Vista and Pecos. Don't ever EVER go there unless you love eating tasteless gristle everything. Even the Mac salad sucked. The only complaint at this one was that my 1pc short rib on my bbq mixed plate was 2/3fat and gristle only. But it was flavorful. Teri beef was soft, gristle less and extremely tasty. Wouldn't hesitate to go again. But only this location. Update Review: dropped rating down to 2stars (too bad you can't do multiple reviews on a location with Google maps- so I added on to my last review) from 4stars. Got the very expensive Kalbi plate ( it included Mac salad, which was just too salty, rice, some straggly cabbage pieces under 4 strips of short ribs that were salty, but had 0 Kalbi flavor and was of the worst grade. Very, very gristly and fatty and rubbery to bite. Didn't even have a hint of any type of teriyaki-ish/Kalbi flavor, and it wasn't cooked long enough, no char, just lightly browned. My 2nd plate had their edamame salad with kalua, Teri beef, rice and a side of Mac. Salad was plain, dressing wasn't tasty, it was like a very watered down thousand island. Teri beef was salty but had no teriyaki taste at all, it was just plain salty beef. Kalua was overly salty that I wished I could've rinsed it in water first, and Mac was just salty mayo and macaroni. Wish I could've got my $back. Sad, it was good, then all went downhill. I usually visit this place about once or twice every 3 months cause I live about 1&1/2hrs away. Probably never going...

Normally, I come to this place all the time normally they do a good job and provide us with good quality food. yesterday my lady went to order from them and picked the food up. She got home early to realize that they got my order wrong so she went back and asked them politely to remake both of our plates since one she had to wait for her food And my food was wrong . Before going up there, she called and was told to bring them back and they will be remade. Well once she got to the window everything changed. They constantly refuse to remake hers and after the third time asking they did it however we ate the food and within 12 hours we were both vomiting and had diarrhea. I can’t believe they poisoned us because that was the only thing we both ate that day and we both had the same symptoms. I Write this very weak from food poisoning, you don’t know the mischievous nature of some people. Be careful out here everyone times are hard and these people make low wages. If you ask them to remake your food, you might get poisoned. I hope AI replaces all of these people soon & to the ones that actually do their job and take pride in any type of work they do I’m sorry people like this give you a bad rep. My first job was McDonald’s and no matter how hard my life was no matter how upset I was I never took it out on a customer. I get to the drive-thru at 9: 55pm, they close at 10. I know I'm late but any place I've worked we don't mind taking someone that late and treating them just like they're the 1st customer of the day. Anyway, I asked if the grilled chicken is an option he says "no because it takes 12 minutes to cook" kind of unprofessional or they could have at least said chicken isn't available at this time of the night not sound bothered because you don't want to cook for a paying customer... I wasn't gonna cry over some grilled chicken so I order something else the wait wasn't bad but the dude with the glasses didn't even allow me to finish my question for some sauce he just kept saying "it's in the bag it's in the bag" kind of rude and they gave me like 10 sauces CONTAINERS thems HUGE! I only really need like 2, I was going to leave them by the drive-thru window and not respond if they were to ask me what I was doing. These people have no personal skills... The Hawaiian place on baseline and mill is way better/friendlier staff.
