Something went wrong with the drive-thru system so that has somehow snarled the whole system when you'd think it would do the opposite.

I've been sitting inside for 45 minutes watching multiple people place kiosk orders and then leave with a bag of food while I sit here twiddling my thumbs. My order is literally two easy items!

There have been up to fifteen people inside the store mostly standing around staring at each other. My phone alerted me that the order was ready like half an hour ago but the cashier said otherwise. Then a few minutes ago I thought I heard my name yet (a different) cashier said it wasn't mine. Considering how many orders seem to have disappeared I'm not even sure I believe that. There's another girl whose bag was presumably swiped because of two different orders with the same name. She'd been here as long as me.

The manager is doing a respectable job of smoothing it all over but I just can't understand why the kitchen is at a lethargic standstill when half of their ordering capacity has...

Every single table was dirty. No joke. Not a single clean one. We were the only customers in the whole lobby. Ordered at the kiosk, when grabbing our food, we were asked if we ordered drinks....weird question. Yes?? There were two items that were completely the wrong item, but between the multiple guys in the back yelling "JADE" and there being no one at the counter, I just ate it anyway. At one point one of the employees came in from outside and started yelling at the others working, it was playfully yelling, but yelling none the less, and she went to the other side of the lobby and they were yelling over our heads from the counter back. The food that was correct was poorly made. There were at least two employees that were doing nothing but hollering at one another, and right as we were leaving, a female worker (I believe just came off break because she was not there prior) finally started to wipe tables. There's no wonder the place was empty on a Saturday night, awful experience, will not be returning. 10/10...

I've been to this location dozens of times in the past two years, yes it's a problem. The drive through is quick, even when full. Dine in & take out are also quick when placed in-person and the lobby is clean. The staff is friendly & always fixes any little problem I may encounter such as receiving a full-sugar drink instead of zero.

The only truly negative experience I've had was when I was handed someone else's order & didn't realize until I was home. About 15 minutes after receiving the wrong order, I had drove back, explained what happened, and picked up my food. That was all annoying but mistakes happen and I should've checked my bag before leaving the parking lot. The problem was that my food was lukewarm at best, meaning they made it the first time I pulled up & held it for my return 15 minutes later. Not to worry though, I get an expired coupon for a free taco lol.

Still I can't give the location anything less than 5 stars. I go there all the time with almost no issues, even...

As Dua Lipa once said, "You think I'm gonna fall for an illusion." I didn't though. Being prompted to share the four "new" items on the Decades menu, that's exactly what was ordered. After giving it a try, I can see why they were removed now. $1.99 for the saddest tostado from the 60's? $2.89 for the 70's Green Sauce Burrito that just tastes only of onions? Pass. The $2.99 Meximelt from the 80's and the $2.99 90's Gordita Supreme were also unimpressive. I'll stick with my favorite Cheesy Gordita Crunch next time. This is a decent Taco Bell. There's was a period of time in the early 2000's that this was my most frequent Taco Bell. It's good to see that they've renovated. Order off the app. It can't get any easier than that.

I put in a kiosk order, asked for it to be grilled after I put the order in. My order was handed to me grilled, not burned at all. 10/10. Good food, good price, no complaints so far, been going here for a few weeks. (yes I really went and asked for his name) Jose and his team are doing beyond an absolutely wonderful job running the place. Especially on today where the sun lands on 13th of August 2023. I don’t believe in god, but thank god for Taco Bell. Clean floors and bathrooms, fast QUALITY service, and an atmosphere that is right at home. What more could you ask for other than a million dollars? This is my favorite location to stop at after getting off of work.

10 bucks for 3 tiny 2 finger tortilla with the stingiest portion of chilli. Went there for nostalgia but left with disappointment. Crazy taco bell is always been smaller burritos but not tiny and wrapped up like some damn crescent roll. Oh and asking for hot sauce was a big inconvenience. Then counted them out to me like I was two. I wont be back as a mile down the street is an in and out where I could have grabbed 2 double doubles for the same price and been full
