What. A. Disaster. Went to this location yesterday and noticed my tea went up 2 dollars in price. Whatever, everything is going up with inflation. Brought my own cup for sustainability purposes.... told the drive thru person and when I got to the window, she pours the drink into cup from a single use cup, and then throws the cup away. (Totally defeating the purpose of me using a reusable cup....but....ok?) Drink is hot, so I let it cool a bit as I drive to work. Get to work, take my first sip and THERE WERE CHUNKS IN MY TEA. Looks like the tea bag was ripped when the drink was transferred. But let me tell you, it was quite an experience taking that sip of chunky tea.
I called the store just to give some feedback, and the lady who answered insist I come in today so they can remake my drink. I tell her it's not necessary, but she insists I'll have a better experience. So...I came in today...and let me tell you, it was unfortunately NOT a better experience. The drive thru line wrapped around the store, so I went inside where there was a line of about 10 people. They were clearly understaffed, but I figured a tea would be quick to make so I'll wait. The cashier was kind but obviously overwhelmed. Unfortunately, I ended up waiting in the store for over 45 minutes....45 MINUTES.... for my drink. Get to work.....and the tea bag is ripped. Again.
I don't blame the staff. Seems like half their team called out and those on the floor were doing the best they could. But..... Starbucks.....if you're going to raise your prices, give that money to your staff so they'll actually...
Read moreI go to starbucks because I know the quality is (usually) the same at every starbucks I go to, doesn't matter if it's in frys, at the mall, or a stand alone store like this. I don't need the Baristas to be overly happy and friendly, I just need them to do their job. On 3/31 I went through the drive through, ready to treat myself to an ice tea, and my daughter to a coconut milk. The lady taking my order sounded like I ruined her life. I gave her my order and all she said was "pull up to the window please"... no repeat of order, no total, no nothing. I get up to the window and again doesn't repeat my order but does tell me the total. I give her my card and pay, then she hands me a drink that I did not order, I tell her this was the wrong drink and I got a major attitude and death glare. So she finally makes my ice tea and then hands me my daughter's drink that is only 1/2 full, like literally only 1/2 full. The previous one she had dropped and spilled all over the floor and was bitching about how sticky it was until another crew member came in with a mop. She hands me the 2nd coconut milk and i look at it and say "why is this only half full?".. now mind you I paid .60 extra for coconut milk.. FILL.IT.UP. She snatches it out of my hand, sloppily pours more coconut milk in it, hands it back to me and there is just coconut milk everywhere, at this point it is dripping all over the sides and dripping onto my white shirt. I will NEVER go back to this location, the customer...
Read moreNormally I give every starbucks a 5 star rating, even if they mess up the order, because they always fix it and no ones' perfect. However, I don't know what's up with this store. They seem to mess up my order about HALF the time, and I only have two drink orders, an Ice coffee with cream, no sweetener, or a Mocha frapp, no whip. Normally it's because they add sweetener to my coffee.
Today it was my mocha frapp. Ordered online and went in to pick up per usual. However, this mocha was super white in color and a lot sweeter. I check the tag, everything is right, and ask the young lady about it. They remake it. Then I get the same thing and they tell me its a mocha. I'm again puzzled. I question it again and the lady gives me some eye rolling attitude this time, and says "its a white mocha..." Oh, maybe I ordered it wrong. Nope, check the tag, checked my receipt and its all there. Then another barista steps in and finally corrects it.
It would be fine if this was the first time, no harm, no foul, but I could have done without the attitude considering this is probably the 10th order I've had that this store made incorrectly, as well as making me late from lunch.
Starbucks, please be friendly next time. Wrong orders happen, but don't give me the "you're being a stupid customer" attitude. I don't...
