Starbucks — Restaurant in Tempe

First time going to this Starbucks and I was not impressed. Not trying to sound pompous or anything, just had a bad experience. It's the closest to my new job and I'd rather go to a farther one than return. It's in a great location and the staff is friendly. But on this visit, the bacon on my egg bites was burned. My panini was barely warmed and the cheese was barely melted, not only that but the fella at the drive through rushed us through the line, telling us the price after every item we ordered without asking is if we wanted more and even sighed when we kept ordering, and the young lady that made my wife's macchiato put whole milk in her drink instead of coconut milk and proceeded to lie about it even when confronted instead of remaking what we had ordered. Pretty sure this is a one time thing and this Starbucks is great for some people, but I will not be trying it again anytime in the near future due to...

Sadly, this place is manned by people that feel a little more important than the people they serve a drink. Maybe it was because I only ordered our reward drink. The condacending attitude is just uncalled for. I would have rather they refused to serve me than to speak to me in this manner over a mask that was around my neck simply because I forgot to put it over my face because we were using drive thru. No other place in town requires this and they definitely dont speak to customers in this manner. Read my reviews. I never post anything negative unless the place really deserves it. Let me start by saying I don't often write reviews unless a place really leaves an impression. This location has left impression after impression after impression, so I've decided to leave a review. I'm a partner so I know how difficult it can be, but you can only make the same mistake so many times. I continuously make the mistake of coming here because it's close to my house. I have NEVER, not once had my drink made correctly. It's a simple iced coffee with cream and sweetener. Not difficult. Yet some how it's always made wrong every time I have come to this location. Usually(with the exception of one time) they're happy to remake it, and the staff is wonderful and cheery but it shouldn't happen every time I go here so I honestly probably won't return here unless something is done...
