Terrible rude workers. The employees were so bad we left before paying for or getting our $30 order. I came in the cook and 2 female employees 1 very rude lady named Ray, and another equally as terrible excuse for an employee named Jay. When i came in nobody greeted me..nobody took my order. When i asked that someone take my order the worker Jay had large flakes of dandruff in her hair. She went to the back to add up ther order without notifying me of what was taking place. I was never told a total nor did they start to make myself.or my husbands food. We were headed to work. There was literally food all over the whole floor. Eye rolling employees didn't want to be bothered with making any money. I asked for manager and was told that there is no manager..i asked who is in charge they gave only a 1st name Evan who I will not stop until I speak with about this behavior. We are here from another state where there is no Wafdle House. We were so happy to have this and ordered $30 of food for 2 people but they never collected the money because they were too sorry and pitiful to even provide a total any courtesy or customer service. This is honestly disgraceful. I am so disappointed in Waffle House for leaving these clowns in charge. I will call corporate office with my complaint first thing tomorrow morning. I would nevee suggest ever coming here or spending your hard earned money here..this wss by FAR the absolute worst experience i have had while trying to spend money somewhere ever. Read moreAfter working the ASU game,Griselda always seems to take our to go order. She alwaysakes sure to wipe a seat at a counter for us. We come in after every ASU homegame.We never eat there because, it's normally packed. That's not a bad thing, just rather go home and eat in peace after working the game. If I was eating there, after tonight I probably will never do. The gentleman that was clearing off counter, emptied the dishes, threw some stuff in trash and immediately went and started putting up clean dishes. Never washed his hands nor put on a glove. The shorter Hispanic server, never smiles and always acts like she doesn't want to be there. If you don't like your job or the rush you get after a home game, probably should find another line of work or job. I appreciate a hustle but being in such a hurry as the rush was slowing down the same gentleman above broke a dish. Accidents happen, but don't go to the back take off your shoe cause you let everyone know you almost died because glass fell in your show, never once again washing your hands. Some sanitation classes or training is desperately needed here. The cooks was constinantly changing their gloves, hair held back. Would love to give this store a better score because of our server and food was amazing as ever. Just scared to eat on plates with dirty hands touching them. Read moreIf I could give this place no stars I would. I overheard one of the cooks say he had dropped half of the order he was bending down to get out of the refrigerator but he would " fix it". He stood up and put two chicken breast on the grill. After a few minutes I ask him what he did with the piece of meat he dropped on the floor. He pointed to a trash can that was right in front of me ( I was sitting at the counter right in front of the refrigerator and the trash can). He would have had to turn around and face me to throw the meat away, he did not. I ask him to show me the meat in the trash can. None was there. He then changed his story and said he didn't know what I was talking about. He kept saying, " I didn't put any meat back in the refrigerator". I said , " Then you put it on the grill and cooked it". Another cook came over and said , " We have cameras." I said, " Good, don't erase the tape because I am calling the health department and Waffle House Corporate." The cook that caused the problem disappeared in the back rooms and didn't come back out while I was there. I as for his name. One employee said his name was Dwayne but I am not sure this is correct. The time was just before midnight on Saturday night March 9th. He was a little heavy set and brown skinned. I hope someone from the district or corporate office reads this.
