First initial interaction was great, but jenny is very unprofessional and not clear on what services she provides. She was very rude. I don't know how long she will stay in business with the way she treats customers. I shop a lot and buy jewelry from many places and know people that could've helped her business grow because of the amount of jewelry they could purchase but she didn't know that..I almost feel discriminated against. I asked for a service and had plenty of money to spend. Without looking at my jewelry she said she wouldn't do it and cancelled my appointment with no reschedule for no reason when she is the one that asked me to come in on a specific day! What type of business owner turns away money? I was never rude and I was nice to her but hey that's how it turned out for me. I will never return to her shop and will let others know it's not worth a visit. She's ah weirdo. She may be a Misandrist, calls herself a jeweler which is misleading by such in the case that she doesn't provide a full range of services that a real jeweler is supposed to provide, all the jewelry is for women nothing for men which is fine but proves my point in mistreatment toward me for her to be in business this long and only make jewelry for women when she's missing all men clientele that can potentially make her business expand thus totally refusing service to me for no apparent reason. Last week, on my latest trip back to AZ, I was incredibly fortunate to meet Jenny, the beautiful, talented and generous owner of @purelifejewelry . I walked into her studio and was so impressed with her craftsmanship, variety of beautiful jewelry and by her willingness to help my grieving softball team across the country. I just three days, Jenny created the most beautiful bracelets for our team to wear and to sell to raise money for Natalie’s family, for a cause of their choice. After one day back in town, the custom, hand stamped bracelets were sold out and another order was placed! This young entrepreneur was such a bright light in a tough week. Jenny went out of her way to make sure we had exactly what we wanted and even was willing and able to make my first order for me on the same day because I was only briefly in town. Then when there was a misunderstanding with my order, she was so kind and helpful and did everything she could to make things right and ensure we were happy with the product!
