Came here last night with a group of 7 adults and 5 kids and had such a terrible experience from start to end. It was not too busy at 6pm and it took more than 10 minutes for anyone to come by the table. We had to grab a manager to ask for service, as employees stood around with hands on their hips while chatting with off duty staff. I ordered a bottled beer that was sitting at the bar for more than 20 minutes and had to ask the serve to bring it over, after talking to the manager AGAIN, to request a new server since we were moving to the bowling alley. Explained that the hospitality and service was below standard, delayed and not off to a good start. I ordered wings and fries around 6:05, they never came. The kids food came out at the alley and there was no mention of who’s food was who’s or what the item was, just dropped off without any communication, without utensils, plates, or silverware. They left the food tray at our table and made a fuss about our request for plate ware. The bowling pins and machine got stuck after the first bowl and we sat for 30 minutes for them to fix it. While fixing it, we decided to play arcade games - to find out half of the machines were broken and still taking money from the game charge card, mentioned it to staff walking by and she said she already knew of the problem and couldn’t put a sign up to alleviate the issue for others to experience. She mentioned going to the counter to get a refund and ignored the problem and recommendation to provide better service. Spoke to another manager to provide feedback and he truly did not care either. Went back to the alley to find out the same lane was not accounting for knocked down pins and requested to rectify the issue.. beyond shocked that the manager didn’t move us previously, but offered to move the group after 6 issues, to then be sat next to a completely dirty table and our previous game with 25 minutes deducted since we waited around to wait. The manager then took over our section, and she did the best she could, but the amount of service issues, lack of communication, and training opportunities was beyond disappointing. The printer ink on the bill was barely legible and the manager said she couldn’t do anything about it. I shared feedback with professional recommendations as I work in hospitality leadership, and I will never return to this establishment due to the poor quality and poor customer service! Btw, I never received my wings ordered at 6:05p, we left at 9p.

For my first time being here... it's what should be expected.. the games, the bowling and the food and the prices were reasonable for this establishment. The reason I gave it two stars is because if you buy one of the wristbands for $25, that includes unlimited bowling, pool, laser tag and I think they called it a Sky rope. If you want to bowl on top of your $25 you have to rent shoes which they clearly mark. What they don't tell you is that...you have the bowling lane for an hour, they kick you off the lane after an hour and you go on to a waiting list!! I know and can understand that .. everybody should get a chance , I feel and that's why I want to tell everybody that comes to this establishment to beware . On a Saturday night you might pay for a full wristband that's more expensive than just buying the lane for an hour . Cuz it gets so busy , they might not have.. " all you can bowl"..............Just beware while you're bowling, my server Connor was very nice and professional but he was very much a helicopter. After our hour was up he came five times and asked me, do I want to cash out? I very politely told him can you please hold on and he told me that I need to move to make the lane available ( which nobody came because they were making room for the bowlers after 5:00 p.m. , mind you it was already past 6:30 .. ) in other words I had plenty of time to move .....He was very firm and told me my family can sit outside the lane. Which I thought was rude. He took my order and a guy named Trevor brought us our food and basically through it on our table! He looked like he didn't want to be there and didn't give two sh!ts about the customer. I'm pretty sure this is a great place to have a party and to have fun. The owners of this place made it the best place to have fun for kids and adults.. those two staff members is the reason I will NEVER come back to this establishment. It was our first time there and these two gentlemen made me very uncomfortable in front of my grandson and my family. Shout out to the girls that we're at the front counter when you first come in, they were very friendly professional and very courteous. And very professional if you have questions or concerns if it's your first time there. This is just my experience I would never want you or whoever read this not to go there. If you get mistreated. Please let me know and maybe management are the owners will change it.

It is conveniently located off 1-10, close to Costco and IKEA in Tempe. It offers a variety of games, gravity ropes, laser tags and "modern bowling". We have a 3-hours time card for the games and participated in the laser tag game. It also has restaurants that provide food and beverages. Basically, you could spend a good whole day over there exhausted. They had many things to offer and it was hard to pick where to start. So I would describe what we did there as an example. On Sunday, we went there at 10 am (open time) to attend a kid's birthday party and the restaurant staff already have the table prepared. They offered hamburgers, french fries, and fruit cups for each one in our group. Later on we added oven-baked pizza and chicken wings. The kids then went to laser tag together after the meal and birthday cake. I did not go in but according to the feedback it was fun. Each of us was offered a 3 hours time card to play with the machines, thanks to the host. I am not a big fan of the gaming machines, they were very loud and caused my headache, lol. Our 7-year-old was really enjoying the gaming machine. However, our 3-year-old started to act up and became cranky not long after, and it was terrible. My advice: If you would bring kids younger than 3 years old, please please bring a comfy blanket with a stroller or wagon where they could fall asleep. I personally would never ever bring any kids under 1 year over there. Hope they could turn down the volume of the background music but maybe it would never gonna happen since psychologically, loud music would potentially encourage ppl to get in and out of the eating place more quickly. All in all, it's a good place for family and friends to get together for birthdays and have fun. This is a very NOISY place so be aware if you prefer quietness. Not ideal for small kiddos. Food is average, nothing special. Service was ok, but since there were so many people and was so crowded, do not expect the servers would treat you like VIP. Prepare to do more legwork by yourself.

I have to update my review for May 9, 2025. I decided that since last year went so great at Main Event that this year we would do it again. Had just the opposite experience. Too bad MK doesn’t work there anymore if she was off for the day unfortunately. Long story short I arrive only arrive 20 mins before I reserved bowling lanes with my family and friends for my son’s birthday party. The place was dang near empty. I didn’t ever. Need to make a reservation. The guy in the front I told him I was early and asked for a specific lane and he said ok. I also bought some extra laser tag time for the party. I then walked back to my car and I realized the cake was getting hot in the car so I decided to go get everyone and all of the birthday things and come back and ask if I could just set up things on the table for our lane now but he had left the desk empty and no one was there. So with the place being pretty empty I decided to just go set everything on the tables in the lane. While I was mingling my business in an empty bowling alley a waitress named Langley comes over asking do we have a reservation? I said yes. She said what time I said 5:00. Mind you it was now only 15 mins until my reservation bowling time. She then proceeds to say well you can put your stuff here until 5:00. I said and why not no one is here? She then says well I have to start your lane now then? I said for what? My entire party wasn’t even there yet. I said what’s the issue with me putting my stuff in the table when I was already told that I can have that lane. She was still telling me that since my reservation was at 5:00 that’s why. I’m like your just looking for something to start something with me because that’s ridiculous and no one is even in this place. You can’t be serious. So she seems to be irritated because I’m questioning why I can’t set up the table . No one was doing anything wrong. So she said she will ask her manager. So I’m pissed about how rude she was to me and my family. It’s was a bunk of unnecessary nonsense. So I go upfront to wait for the manager who’s name is Sense which is such a unique name but she was very kind a sweet. Definitely changed the trajectory of the conversation. I told her I was just setting up the table and had already been told but the guy that I checked in with that we could have that lane. She said she was sorry that had happened and apologized. She said it was no problem that we set up table. Apparently Langley had a personal problem with us in which that’s her problem alone. I asked that she not serve our table because she had been rude and I don’t want her anywhere near me. I had to hold my words back because what she did was wrong. But the manager made it right and the rest of the day was better. But after that experience I don’t believe I will be back next year. The quality of workers has went down . MK and is think his name was Juan were great though. He was our server he made up for the lack of customer service that Langley had.

The below review was from May of 2024 This review is solely based on my experience today with MJ. MJ was absolutely phenomenal! I came today to celebrate my son’s birthday. I needed help deciding on what activities we should do and she helped so much and made excellent suggestions. She made sure my son’s birthday turned out great. I’m so happy and very satisfied with her excellent customer service. Thank you so much MJ for helping to make my son’s...
