Decent flavor but unsanitary! I witnessed a worker grabbing two cups from the top (putting fingers into the openings) and then brush off some dropped ice from the counter with their bare hands. This worker then grabbed a rag and wiped down the counter. Then, the worker used the cash register; the worker performed a credit card sale (which means handling someone's card, putting it on a tray, touching receipts, etc) and then made this person's drink. All this was done before the worker finally washed their hands. I believe the worker only washed their hand because it got sticky from the drink they made. I'm intentionally not identifying the worker because there were three of them there at the time and IDK how they were trained but if one worker was unsanitary, i wouldn't be surprised if they all were. They have different location throughout LA. I came on a very cloudy, cold Sunday to grab a hot lemon green tea x böba pearl. It was perfect to my liking. Quality was excellent. Service was spot on. Staff were lovely. Prices were economical. Ample of parking in the lot and side streets.

Read moreThroughout my school years, I used to frequent their location on Valley Boulevard. It's now gone, purchased by someone else and turned into a different business (still doing boba drinks but not under this company). Ever since then, I grew tired of them and only returned a couple times.
Their chrysanthemum tea is delightful, but at almost $9 for a large cup you better watch out. Also, my family and I always find their drinks to be too sweet, so we order 0% sugar.
