Dunkin' — Restaurant in Temple Terrace

Every time I come here, the staff is rude and consistently messes up my order. I asked for a medium DECAF iced coffee with milk and extra sugar due to a heart condition, and made sure to tell the employee that I cannot have caffeine in advance, but was given a fully caffeinated drink with a crazy amount of liquid sugar, not what I ordered. I asked if it was decaf to make sure, and she said no. When I apologized and said “I think I ordered it wrong, I’d like extra sugar, and not the liquid sugar, and please make sure it’s decaf” She snapped at me telling me that “extra” means “double”, so since the normal for a medium is 3 sugar, extra would be 6 😂😂 I worked at Dunkin so I know that’s wrong but I think it’s common sense that extra would be 4. When I asked for it to be remade, the worker rolled her eyes and gave me another wrong drink, this time black and still with liquid sugar. I love Dunkin’ Donuts is a place that I go every morning to get myself and my children breakfast however, today I go in and there’s two girls in the back cooking the breakfast. One of the girls is very rude she’s Cursing and she’s complaining about making my food. Everything that I ask for I can hear her in the back complaining about so I asked her to run my hashbrowns through twice and she goes they’re going to be burnt. I explained to her I get it this way all the time. Standing there, she’s making a breakfast. She finally may order I look at it I don’t look at the food until I get home. I open my croissants for my children and they are burnt to a crisp. The worst DD in Tampa. Today 11/30/23 I went in to get my mobile order around 8:30 AM. I will start out by saying I expected a long wait and have no issues waiting until the order is ready. Places get busy and it’s ok. What’s NOT ok is employees treating PAYING customers like dirt and cussing at them and throwing the food on the counter. The lady making sandwiches cussed at me for “watching her cook” and saying nasty things right infront of all of us waiting. None of us were being rude. We didn’t even speak to anyone because all the employees refused to acknowledge we were standing there. This establishment needs to wake up and see who keeps the doors open and who pays the bills.
