Five star staff. Madison was my server; she was very attentive and professional and nice. I was also greeted very kindly at the front desk. The manager came and checked on me kindly. The whole team walks by refilling coffee and taking empty plates and generally being perfect at their job. They deserve big tips and appreciation from their company.
The seating is all booths, which is perfect. Why do so many restaurants seat you on non-upholstered wooden chairs? It's nice to see all booths.
The design of the restaurant fits as many people as possible. It does that very well. The downside is that it is not relaxing. Crowding is stressful. When you're done eating, you may feel like you are burdening the team by not leaving quickly to make space for more guests.
The food quality is very low for such a popular restaurant at such a price. I'm sure the chefs are doing their job well; it's not their fault - it's the ingredients and process. Before tip, it was over $26 for chicken and waffles with four slices of bacon and coffee. So leaving a fair tip for a filling, but very basic, meal might put you into the $30-40 range. The chicken was low quality because it is so cheap. The waffle was low quality too. The bacon is nothing special.
I think this restaurant and First Watch rely heavily on the dopamine hit you get from coffee and sugar. When I think about it, the coffee and syrup and whipped cream are the highlights. I feel pretty good, even though the actual food was comparable to microwaving frozen foods at home.
It's just another corporate restaurant. Perfect team, perfect layout, some food passable, some food not passable, super high prices. I went because I was too lazy to cook, and Chick Fil A is closed on Sundays. You can get a filling breakfast from Chick Fil A with very high quality chicken for less than half the price.
To get a sit-down experience, I recommend Trip's Diner over this because they offer better food at a much lower price. You can get a very filling meal their and leave a 20% tip without breaking $20, if you don't add overpriced extras. I mean chicken-fried steak with cheese grits, eggs, and a side of toast with coffee. That's a great breakfast. And don't bother with First Watch either; they are...
Read more"A Breakfast Paradise Served with a Side of Sunshine!" This little gem absolutely deserves its 5-star rating! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with a warm smile and a friendly "Good morning!" by our wonderful waitress, Dafne. Her cheerful demeanor instantly set the tone for a delightful dining experience. The menu was extensive, offering a tempting array of classic breakfast favorites alongside some unique and creative options. I opted for the french toast with a side of fruit, and my partner chose the Cheesy steak omlet. Both dishes were cooked to perfection, with flavors that were simply bursting with goodness. The coffee was rich and flavorful, and the fresh-squeezed orange juice was a perfect accompaniment. But what truly elevated our breakfast was Dafne's exceptional service. She was attentive, friendly, and genuinely seemed to enjoy her job. She checked in on us regularly, ensuring our coffee cups were always full and that we had everything we needed. Her warm personality added a special touch to our meal, making us feel like valued guests. If you're looking for a delicious breakfast with a side of sunshine, I highly recommend Keke’s Breakfast cafe . You won't be...
Read moreIf you’re in the mood for a delicious home style breakfast, with a generous serving of the cherished classics, Like a thick-cut FRENCH TOAST, or a BACON and EGGs combo, Keke’s is the place to go. To be transparent I’d read the reviews, came in with the biased view that the reviews on the customer service, must be slanted or wrong. When we sat down it only took a minute for us to be seated on a busy day, and I must say the food was well-prepared and filling. But in the end it was the personality, care and attention to detail that made this 4 star into a 5-Star Experience. Our server Matt did exceptional. An excellent job keeping or drinks full and delivering fast service, the Assistant Manager Reuben still came by and greeted us and made the whole table feel like VIPs. If you could request a server I would suggest Matt because, instead of letting his youth be a hinderance, he allowed it to be the propulsion to his quick pace , even though some might consider it a light jog. Over other restaurants, come here if you MUST make a good impression and need to have a great experience. Perfect for the morning after a graduation or a family...
