I’ve had two issues with this location now. First occasion: There are two drive thrus that merge into one. I was at the speaker for 10 minutes while other cars got taken care of in the other line. I asked if I should switch lanes and the lady gave me attitude and told me she would be right with me. She wasn’t. When she finally got around to taking my order she kept cutting me off before I was finished ordering to tell me to pull forward to pay.
On this occasion: I was at the drive thru where I ordered a McDouble value meal and was charged for a separate McDouble. The lady told me the wrong ingredients on the burger when I asked and then got an attitude when I requested that some be left off. I tried to tell her the order was wrong on the screen and she cut me off and told me to pull forward. I sat at the cashier window for 5 minutes until she told me “you paid through the app.” I said I know but I want a receipt because the order was wrong on the screen. She snapped at me and said “the receipt machine is broken and there is no mayo on the McDouble.” I said “you charged me for two McDoubles.” She claimed she didn’t. Sure enough when I pulled to the next window I had two McDoubles in my bag. I requested a refund for the one. They tried to hand me back a handful of coins and dropped some. I said I want it back on my card since I paid with card and they tried to give me a bunch of bs about how they can’t do that and I just sat there until I got a manager who also gave me attitude. 0/10 location. Read moreHonestly, one of the worst McDonalds experiences I have ever had. Stopped in with a friend to get 2 McChickens and an iced coffee, placed my order at the kiosk. Proceeded to move to the takeout counter and wait. Im very patient usually - but after 20 minutes of no updates I started to get a little irritated. I walked up and asked the counter staff about my order, sourcing the order number (488). The employee proceeds to ask me what I got, where I repeat the order number. They then said "we don't use those here, what did you get" ....after a moment of collecting myself from that wild statement, I started to explain they order and they said they didn't know. I then pointed to the bag behind them on the counter with an iced coffee next to it and said "Could that be it?"
It was. They then handed it to me, and I said "It's been sitting there this WHOLE time?! Why wasn't it put on the takeout counter?". The employee then proceeds to say "Well, if you would listen for your order number you would get your food." I was standing there the ENTIRE 20 minutes and NOT ONE TIME was an order number called. Additionally, I was JUST told that "We don't use those here (order numbers)". Interesting.
At this point, I unfortunately lost my temper and had some words to say that I regret, but I still cannot believe that I received this type of service at one of your restaurants. My friend received the exact same service. It's insanely embarrassing and you should be ashamed of the staff you have running...

The sign on the door should have warned me when I read something along the lines of them not tolerating violence and I asked myself, why would they have that up? Well, the place wasn't that packed inside but got packed before I ordered and things just went downhill. There was only 1 register active and half the time she was busy helping the others. Someone tried to take charge but that still did not help. When they finally got focused enough to attend the 2 customers in front of me and eventually me, I order a burger happy meal and a medium vanilla shake. I had to repeat it twice because they got distracted. It might have been 3 times even. The wait was the longest I ever had to wait. I only got the happy meal after what felt like 20 minutes and upon telling them I was missing the shake, it took another 5 mins before I told them again I never got my shake so they would make it. I couldn't even prove I ordered it because they never gave me a receipt. I later saw a printer on the register that was not being used that was printing everything into a plastic bin that had like a thousand receipts printed all stuck together still. Finally got my shake and we were already leaving so I got in my car and noticed the shake was dark for vanilla and it was actually chocolate... so I had to go back inside to change it for vanilla which took another minute.
